Brant Electric Ltd

I have dealt with Brant Electric for years. I bought a new home and wanted to heat my new garage similar as to my prior, so I had discussed by phone my desire, then forwarded via email the specific heater that I had wanted, which they said they could as well supply. The electrician came for a site-survey and suggested what he thought was a more efficient alternative scenario. Since I am not a certified electrician, and is thereby the cause for my trust in them, I agreed to their recommendation; this was early Nov.'16. Ten days later I let them aware that my initial intention and heating requirements will not be satisfied by what they had recommended and installed. They in turn insisted that my dissatisfaction was due by my walls not being properly insulated. I had shared with them that their point is moot to my directed installation request. Their repeated reply was that they have been "bending over backwards" for me, and have even went so far as to accuse me as trying to "weasel out of paying" them for service. So, no. I would not recommend this company.
