Dog friendly park with safe and clean walking paths and trails. Two park sections for kids and exercise equipment for adults.
Very friendly office packed full of information for exploring the local area and further afield. I very much enjoyed the walk around the nearby wetland. A little slice of nature in the city. Decent gift shop too!
If you want to get more information on Brandon, or are looking to stretch your legs and/or take a washroom break during a road trip stop, this is a perfect spot. Next to this centre you will find a walking trail and playground.nnThe person we spoke to at the information desk was also very helpful and friendly.
A great place to go with friends or family, you can rent a canoe or a kayak there too
I am sure that the riverbank trails and exhibits used to be very nice but they have not seen much repair since the flooding in 2011. The building itself is nice and has air conditioning. The parking lot is a good size with pull through RV spaces and there is even a sewage dump station.nI don't know much about Brandon but after spending a few days here it seems like downtown, parks and facilities are under utilized and under maintained.
