Established in spring 2017, Braeburn is run by a husband and wife team, chef/owner Scott Brankman and proprietor Emily Farnsworth-Brankman. Chef Scott's seasonal menus specialize in American cuisine, drawing influences from his experiences in kitchens from New York to Colorado to Southern California and Massachusetts. Emily brings over 20 years of front-of-the-house experience to developing a creative drink menu and global wine list as well as managing a loyal team whose family like dynamic provides uplifting service. Three employees, Becca Hanson, Becky Tassinari, and Amber Hubbard, from their previous restaurant (located in Marblehead, MA) have also relocated to the Saratoga Springs area to join the Braeburn Tavern team.

This place is awesome! Came on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm...ordered a burger and chicken sandwich. Amazing flavor and quality! Great value! Along with our sandwiches we also had drinks and got out for around $35. A wonderful experience.
Just finished dinner with my husband. Our server Madison was excellent. One of the best servers we've ever had. The food and drinks we're outstanding. Try Mrs. Claus the drink. I highly recommend this place to anyone! We will be back.
First time here and it was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet, comfortable place where you can have a cool drink and good food at a reasonable price. Wait service was great. I will be back especially for those chicken wings. Sometimes these smaller places get overlooked. Don't overlook this one.
Perfectly average. The staff was attentive and the ambiance is quite lovely, however, the food is overpriced and at or below average. Lacks flavor and tastes like it was prepared by a chef with no tastebuds.
Was there before their official opening. Loved the one of kind high end pud fare menu. Food was spectacular. Our server, was so passionate and knowledgeable about the menu. This is my new favorite restaurant!!
This place is fabulous!! The food was so good, I had the steak, delicious and perfectly cooked, there were four of us and everyone really loved their food. Our server Chris was awesome!! So knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic, we're going back tomorrow night!
