If I could give zero stars, I would. I came here for a quick prescription renewal and ended up wasting over two hours of my day sitting in their waiting room with no updates from staff. This office clearly has no respect for patients’ time or basic courtesy. Anytime I need to renew my prescription here, the appointments take just a few minutes – which only makes the excessive wait feel even more ridiculous. I’d recommend finding a doctor who values their patients enough to actually stick to an appointment time and/or communicates why the wait is so long. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
The most important principle a physician should follow is respecting patient privacy. Unfortunately, I was shocked when Dr. Nobari openly discussed my health concerns with the door completely ajar. Additionally, it felt like she wasn’t fully engaged during our consultation, as she was frequently looking outside the office as if distracted by someone waiting for her. This was particularly frustrating after I had already waited for over an hour to see her.
Came in for a sinus infection and was unfortunate enough to have Dr. Nasrin Hosein. She is extremely unprofessional and rude - she’s miserable and awful. I will never come to this walk-in again.
I want say a lot good words about doctor Kambiz Ahmadi. I lays down with my back about 5 years. When I changed family doctor to Kambiz Ahmadi, he fast gave me referral to right spine surgery doctor. Now days I’m walking and happy without any pain!
I brought my daughter to the walk to this clinic as she has had a whooping type of cough for the past 2 weeks. The Dr. that saw us was very rude would not give me the time to explain what my daughter has been experiencing with her cough. Dr didn’t want to even here what I had to say, didn’t even give the chance to explain what type of medications that she was given the week prior nor did she give me the time to explain what type of medication she is currently taking for here ADHD, nor for her Autism…. What ever happen to the Dr’s having compassion and patience for their patients. VERY RUDE!!
