BP

If I could give it a 0 I would! Warning: watch the BP in Oconto Falls for double charging! Went there tonight to get smokes, they said my debit card got declined (which happens there ALOT to me, when I have plenty of money in my account) so I paid with cash. Get home and all worried my account was screwed up immediately went online to check my balance and what do I find? The charge for the $11.96 I just paid cash for!!!! Watch your accounts people. FYI I went back immediately and demanded my cash back and a manager better be calling me.

This place sells gas, convenient store items and pizza. Unless it's after 7, then the staff tells the customers that the kitchen is closed but no hours posted anywhere for food. Staff also could use several lessons in customer service. I've fired employees for talking to customers the way some of them do to customers. Restrooms are often dirty and somewhat gross.

The one girl that always works the register on PM'S is not polite. Will not say hello or goodbye to any customers. She literally only says the total of your items. The customer service is terrible.
