Bozeman Creek Family Health

They are very considerate and kind. They are continually updated there tablets as you move around threw there office. They also offer me alternative approaches. I try real hard to stay away from Bozeman Creek. But I have the up most confident in there staff and treatment model.

I was very concerned after I left my appointment with Dr. Knutson. She seemed kind of clueless about what to make of my symptoms. I have never had a doctor repeat my symptoms out loud as if she was looking for me to give her a solution. She did not order any further tests. I went to another doctor who ordered further testing, only to find out I had a mass in my ovary that ended up being 4 cysts. I do not like to pay doctors to play around with my health. We trust these people with our lives essentially. I would not recommend her. She seemed very inexperienced from what I am use to.

I went to this place twice. I dont have insurance so i paid in cash at the end of each visit. After the second visit i went out into the main office asked for my total, which i was given, i paid and i left..about a month later i got a bill for 80 something from them.If i pay in cash, how was i not charged all of it when i left, like the first time i came in? I have called 3 times and asked for the person who does the billing and each time they have sent me to a voicemail. I have left my info and number and no response. Now today i got a call from collections for a bill from them. I will be paying this bill and never recommending this place to anyone. This has been a ton of hassle for something that would have been simple to resolve.

Numerous times didn't call me back with results. Messed up insurance, forgot about me :(

This is by far the best medical office I have ever gone to. They return phone calls in a timely manner, their staff is upbeat, and most importantly they value your time. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are!
