Jeff has been doing our electrical work for years and has always done an excellent job! He’s professional, knowledgeable and personable. I’ve learned a lot from him because he explains exactly what the work entails and why it needs to be done. The pricing is fair and fully transparent (no hidden costs). He doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary services, either.

I just bought a new home, Ryan did a fantastic job giving us a complete breakdown and analysis of our electric system. He went way above and beyond. some people may take issue with their price, but with enerything in the world, you absolute get what you pay for! Best electricians ever!

I was told there was a $79 trip charge to come out and see what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Once the electrician told me it would be $4,800 to relocate a switch and outlet and add wiring for a fan in the living room and one bedroom, I told him that was too much and I'd just pay the trip fee. He then told me it would be $391 to come out and for his work just looking at the setup. I was charged $65 for the same trip fee and planning by Randy's Electric and they did the same amount of work this company did, which was no work at all. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this business. The younger technician did nothing by text on his phone the entire time. Completely rude and dishonest when I originally called to set up an appointment. They never mentioned a planning fee and I specifically asked when I first called that if I was not happy with the price that I would only pay the $79 trip fee, to which they said yes. Do not do business with this company.

Took advantage of my 80 year old mother. Talked her into rewiring things that did not need to be done. Called them to wire a light and by the time they were done new wire was pulled for the dryer and a new outlet. Yes they got approval to do it from my mother,, but only after talking with her for a hour. By then she was so confused she didn't know what she was getting. Not cool. Was. There a reason they couldn't just come and fix what they were called to do. So they waste your time, do not listen to what is asked, and will talk you into rewiring things that do not need to be done.

Buy it nice or buy it twice. Yes they are more than your average electric service but you get what you pay for. I was very happy with my service. Our technician was on time, gave a upfront price, did all the work in a timely manner VERY professional. NOT sure what some of the negative reviews are about, we felt taken care of and recommend Boys Electic to everyone.
