Absolutely love this off-leash dog park! It features clean river water, plenty of shade from trees, and ample space for dogs to run free and socialize with others. My husky had an amazing time playing and making new friends. The park is well-maintained and provides a safe, enjoyable environment for both pets and their owners.nnIn addition to being a fantastic spot for dogs, it's also great for people. There are plenty of areas for sunbathing, picnicking, and even fishing. The river is perfect for cooling off on a hot day, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Whether you're there for your dog or just to enjoy nature, this park has something for everyone. Highly recommend it for a fun, liberating outdoor experience for both you and your furry friend!
Out of towners, my pups loved it. Only giving 4 stars just because my puppy cut open her back leg not really sure if it was because something was in the water or on land.. it was a nice clean cut so I don’t really think a branch could do that.nRegardless things happen when dogs are having fun we’ll be back when we’re back in Cow Town.
One of the best dog parks in a city filled with fantastic dog parks.
Great park for my Loki. Well maintained and excellent access to the Bow River Pathway and the Bow River.nIt could use some extras such as “moguls” for the dogs to run around and up and down. After all, it’s all about the chase and socialization. nnLove that even outside the fenced area, there are places to allow dogs to be off-leash.nDefinitely recommend.
This is a great place if you want to take your dog or your kids! If you want to take a dip or just want to go for a walk/jog/bike ride, you'll enjoy the sound of the river. A little piece of nature in a city!
