This pet groomer is GREAT. Lisa takes her time with my pets and she LOVES on them. I like this groomer better then petsmart or petco.

My experience at Bow Wow's was very pleasant!! I was expecting the ladies to tell me I had to come back or make an appointment because I was a walk-in with my chihuahua, Porkchop who was in need of a claw clip. It was rather late in the day on a Saturday afternoon and was speaking to a very friendly lady at Interstate Auto just down the street from Bow Wow's who was admiring Porkchop (He's always been a little womanizer) I was asking her if she knew if there was a Dog Grooming spot I could take Porkchop to have his claws clipped, and her face lit up like a Christmas Tree as she told me about her friends " who were two little old ladies that are sisters and owners of Bow Wow's who would give me and Porkchop very good service. I can't think of her name, but she knew a lot about chihuahuas and their antics because she used to be the proud owner of an Applehead Chihuahua. I was very pleased that she pointed towards Bow Wow's!! those little sisters were great!!....they took Porkchop right in and asked me to have a seat and it only took her about 10-15 minutes to complete Porkchop's "manicure" my little guy came out all dressed up with a little Bears bandana tied around his neck!! Great Service and Friendly atmosphere, I can tell these sisters really love pets....not just someone who owns and operates a business!!! THUMBS UP!!!
