Contractor not really concerned with and doesn't really listen to what you want.  Doesn't really appear interested in working anymore.  Just wants to get the job done quickly and cheaply - no matter what the concession or the result.  We often questioned who he was working for throughout the process; us or his trade/supplier buddies.  Doesn't take accountability for his actions or lack thereof and acted unprofessionally at times as a result.  Lowball quote - everything was an upgrade. Job seems to get in the way of his other hobbies.
