Welcome to Bow River Troutfitters. One of Calgary's longest runing fly shops. Specializing in assisting anglers of all skill levels become better anglers and stewards of our home waters.

We are Calgary's only dealer in RL Winston and Echo Fly rods, Abel Reels, Galvan Fly reels and Loop Fishing Products. We carry the full line of Simms Products.

We are a full service fly shop offering everything from gear, guide service and schools orientated from the Beginner and Intermediate flyfisher as well as large Corporate schools and guided trips.

We also offer destination Fly Fishing Trips to multiple locations.

These guys are great. Go down and see Aaron for good advice and gear. Check out this hand made net that they have in stock!
Nice little shop, staff was cool. Location is less than ideal though if you're looking for a quick stop before hitting the river.
Amazing service. The guys took 20 minutes out of their day to help me research and find a BOA replacement kit for my boots, just to make an 18 dollar sale. This is what you want out of a retailer. I will be back!
