Dr Zapf is a terrific doctor who takes the time necessary for each patient, and doesn't hesitate to refer to a specialist if she thinks it is needed. I have always found her staff to be welcoming and polite.
Dr. Cathryn Zapf is an incredible physician. She is kind, caring, thorough, absolutely brilliant and very forward thinking. We need more doctors like this!!
Had an appointment booked. I wrote the time down wrong and was 15 mins late. I was abruptly told by the receptionist with long dark hair and no customer service in a gruff voice I was late and could t be seen and had to pay a no show fee. When I asked why I didn't get a call she stated "they don't do reminders she was very rude and told me if I wanted to go to anotherclonic feel free. I paid the fee reluctantly, and had to rebook. If I didn't love my Doctor so much I would have left this office because of this so called professional. Not only is her appearance tough but so is her client care. Beware of her if you come here! I work 55hrs a week my time is precious as is everyone's.
Thoroughly recommend Dr Cathryn Zapf, first class Doctor!
