Suzanne is extremely knowledgeable. She takes her time to make sure clients receive proper service and understand what is going on. I took both my parents into the Montgomery 16 Ave. branch and they received excellent service on every visit. I highly recommend Connect Hearing and Suzanne in particular to provide you with all your hearing care and needs.
Very friendly and talented staff, both Jessica and Suzanne were a pleasure to deal with. It was my first hearing test, so everything was explained, the test itself went great. The results were explained to me in a manner i could understand. In my case a Drs consult was necessary, and was handled right then and there. Very good experience, don't hesitate to give these folks a call.
Took my grandfather here a few weeks ago for a hearing test and to be fitted for hearing aids, after seeing very good reviews for the place. Dr. Lee was very helpful about the whole process, explaining each step to us and answering any questions that we had. Once the hearing aids were ordered, they arrived quickly, and we were able to get a follow-up appointment to have them fitted. Dr. Lee very clearly explained the full process about cleaning and maintaining the hearing aids and it never felt like any steps were being rushed through. He has a great manner with elderly patients as well, making them feel comfortable despite any concerns they might have. The admin staff was also very quick to get back to us with any questions he had, and to book appointments. A really excellent experience overall, and the hearing aids have helped tremendously with my grandfather's quality of life.
I’m very impressed with the excellent quality of service and expertise I have received from all staff at Connect Hearing in Montgomery. I have found everyone to be very professional, pleasant, flexible, informative, skilled and focussed on my best interests for optimal hearing and satisfaction. There is no doubt that the staff and technician working at NW Calgary location are knowledgeable and friendly. I already send them last year my comments regarding the parking limitation and charged parking at their location. It is no justice that patient come for their health appointments and be charged or ticketed. Another factor which pushed me to write this review today is that I ask patients for Connect Hearing, be ware, do not disclose your address. Recently I received a letter from a company "amplifon" at my home with name and some other details marketing some hearing devices. This means that my health and contact information has been shared with thrid parties which is totally un-acceptable and breach of trust with Connect Hearing. How come some third party know what type of patient lives at a particular address.
I visited Bow River Hearing Bowness a week ago at the recommendation of my Doctor regarding a case of tinnitus, and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service at this clinic. I met with David and he provided such a wealth of information regarding tinnitus. I left feeling reassured that this is something that is curable, and will eventually go away. Although my case is very mild, I also opted to get a hearing evaluation done and was glad I did. My hearing is still relatively good, but David provided excellent recommendations -- based on the test results -- on how I can preserve my hearing as I get older. He gave me lots of tips for preventative maintenance, which were very insightful. I am still relatively young under 40, but I would recommend anyone to get a hearing evaluation done, regardless of age, to know how to preserve your hearing. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends & family. David was pleasure to deal with, and also the receptionist, Jessica. Both were very easy to communicate with.
All the staff at Bow River Hearing were very friendly and professional. Tracy was the Audiologist who did my hearing test. She went above and beyond with my testing and completing my report for the ENT specialist I was going to see. She was very personable, knowledgeable and professional and informed me about many things about my ears/hearing that I had no idea about. She also stressed the importance of getting family members to get their hearing tested as well. Thank you Tracy! I highly recommend you go to Bow River Hearing!
My experience at Bow River Hearing was exceptional. Safe, informative, fast, efficient. Tracy was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and made me feel very comfortable with the process of getting my ears cleaned out. I can hear again! I would highly recommend Tracy, and the rest of the staff at Bow River Hearing.
Up until just recently, I have had the great pleasure of dealing with Lori, Nikki, and David at Bow River Hearing. Lori's customer service is second to none, and I have never felt better served than when in her capable hands. David's knowledge is wide and abundant. Nikki is friendly, smiles easily and is a pleasure to do business with. It is easy to see and sense that they are a Customer Centric organization, and give their customers great value, in equipment, knowledge and customer service. They got great candies too. My departure as a customer was due simply to convenience for me based upon where I work and live, but given the opportunity I would not hesitate to deal with them again. 5 Thumbs up.
I have never had a hearing test before. This was a comfortable experience for me. Staff were friendly. Suzanne administered my test, and talked me through each step, what they were looking for and why. My results were explained to me thoroughly. I would recommend them.
