The staff is so welcoming and courteous. They offer samples of their delicious handcrafted ice cream flavours to try before you decide. If you want to get the most out of your experience, try the ashta flavoured ice cream, rolled in crushed pistachios. Amazing. And because they use a traditional Middle Eastern way of preparing the ice cream, the texture is soft and stretchy, nothing like I’ve ever had before. Five stars, hands down.

Best of the best. Starting with the staff, very welcoming and friendly 5 stars service was provided by the lady. Very clean place, from the display, to the tables, to the floor, all the details were clean. Coming to the icecream, impressive, very delicious, huge portions and affordable considering how generous they are in filling it. Highly recommended.

I've never seen ice cream like this!! It streches like a cheese. And staff was so nice and informative. I tried several flavors, I recommend lotus, rose water and snickers. If you like fruity flavor, raspberry, pineapple and mango would be good choice.

Quite honestly I can't see myself coming back. The staff is very welcoming, the place is clean and great. Although gelato ice cream has a better taste in my opinion. This one is different, looks more like chewing gum and overall tastes okay. What would have made it better in my opinion were the pistachio crumbs on top, they are way too small and kind of went in unnoticed.

I mean que dire It was the Best icecream I ever had! So creamy, so tasty, not too sweet. I don't know what kinda witchcraft technic they have to create that texture but Im here for it. THEY were super sweet; it was super busy but they took the time to explain and let us taste different flavors. Definitely, a must try if you are in the aera

Authentic Syrian Ice cream made with Arabic gum and beaten cream and lots of love ! Unlike other Ice Cream in the market, Syrian has unique flavor. Don't miss sprinkles of pistachio. And mix with local Sorbet if you want to take it to the next level. The place is sparkly clean. Higly recommended. I prefer buying Swiss rolled style and eating it at home instead.

What a great find in Laval with really unique flavours! It was my first time trying Ashta ice cream, which is a middle eastern style of ice cream that is really thick, rich, and has a very interesting kind of chewy, gum-like, stretchy texture. They also added some kind of orange blossom or rose water essence to it, which gave it a soft floral flavour. So deliciously rich that you could probably share a small size! I’ll definitely be back!

Honestly, this was a great experience! The ice cream was amazing pistachio was my favourite. Staff was super courteous and friendly. And the actual shop is so so beautiful! Would recommend to anyone looking for a unique ice cream experience!

Nothing beats some ice cream to end a great night! This place serves some amazing stretchy ice cream! The staff is very nice and lets you taste any flavour before you are ready to order and the portions are extremely generous!! You have to try this Arabic ice cream, it's delicious, unlike traditional ice cream in Europe, Arabic ice cream is thicker and more elastic. It consists mainly of milk, cream, salep, mastic gum and sugar. I recommend it.
