The most helpful staff and everything you can possibly need for welcoming a new baby is available! They never try to sell unnecessary items and are extremely knowledgeable on the products they offer. After providing me with an organized check list, the entire team helped me pick the right items based on my lifestyle. Couldn't be happier with the service I've received.
Most amazing baby store! I discovered this store while pregnant with my first baby. In the era of online shopping it’s easy to forget the value of great customer service. The owner and his staff are highly knowledgeable in all baby products. It was so reassuring to get proper advice on big ticket items like our stroller, car seat, high chair. I couldn’t be happier with every single item we got. Not only do they sell the best but they go above and beyond. Just in our year and a half as customers they have moved mountains to get a back order car seat in time for our baby’s arrival and even made home deliveries! I am so impressed and we are customers for life!
As a Canadian, I always like to shop Canadian stores. So I saw the Boutique Pinkiblue website and online store. It is very easy to shop on their online store. Great images and descriptions. They carry high quality products and their pricing is fair. Shipping is easy with them. One of the items I ordered wasn’t available in the colour I asked for. The next day a staff person made the effort to call me twice by phone and then by email to give me other options. For anyone who is a grandparent you know the confusing variety of children’s products out there. Sandie the salesperson on the phone was more than helpful and patient with me. She helped me match colours for a “sippy cup” to some kids plates. Maybe some would say “so what” but I thought it was great and amazing cheery customer service. My call with with her was just after noon and by next day my package arrived from Montreal to Toronto! Everything was packed well in a compact package with a receipt and a lovely hand written note from Sandie thanking me for calling her! And for thanking me for my business. It made me feel good. It put a smile on my face. I have already shared this experience with my family. Boutique Pinkiblue is lucky to have Sandie. My family will be shopping Pinkiblue again.
The staff at Pinkiblue is so helpful and patient. Ethan helped me make a registry as well as pick out a stroller. He was so knowledgeable on all the products and super patient with me and all my questions. He spent a lot of time with me providing all the information I needed on the products. Being a first time mom this was very appreciated. I felt like I had the right information to choose the best items for my baby. Would definitely recommend Pinkiblue !

I contacted Boutique Pinkiblue out of desperation. I saw on their website that they had an attachment for a pack and play in stock which was sold out ACROSS THE COUNTRY! Immediately, the staff got to work to help get the product to me in Vancouver. It was their floor model, but they found a way to pack it up and get it shipped out that day. 4 days later it arrived!! I had twins and absolutely couldn’t wait the 6-8 weeks I would have had to wait had they not accommodated my request. I am so grateful to the staff for taking the extra steps and doing the extra work to help me. It was above and beyond the call of duty. I will 100% be ordering from Pinkiblue again !
This place is simply amazing from the moment you walk in! It’s a beautiful space filled with great quality items! From sippy cups to Snuggle Me, to strollers and car seats, they have it all! The best part is that they have a lot of the popular name brands in car seats and strollers on display so you can try them out before committing. Wether you have a big or small budget they’ll help you find what you’re looking for; they were so knowledgeable and really helped me decide what was best for our family. I never felt like they were trying to make a sale; they’re down to earth and really kind. This place is definitely at the top of the list for everything baby shopping! Thank you so much for all your help!
To be honest, it’s not a bad store but most of the items have to be ordered and ordering is an ordeal by it’s self. It takes a very long to get your items. Be careful when ordering as you will not be told all that’s needed an adapter or plug to actually make the item you are buying work. The clothing section is okay. On most occasions you can grab a deal but be careful as they often forget to apply discount. The staff is not overly friendly unless you are buying. Browsers beware!!!
PinkiBlue goes above and beyond for their clients! The level of customer service that you receive is amazing, and their baby registry is so easy to have online. They are extremely knowledgable about all products that they carry, and I definitely always go to them for advice when it comes to purchasing items for my children!
My 9 month pregnant wife left the store in tears. They gave sloppy advice on which car seat to purchase. They did not follow through on promises that their employees made. Worst of all, the OWNER and his wife treated us terribly. Save yourself the heartache, you've probably already don't the reaserch, use Amazon for your baby registry.
