I would give no star if I could. I wish I had read the reviews here but I did not think of it as I had ordered from them early in the pandemic May 2020 and was very satisfied with my order then. Now I’m stuck like many of you with being charged for an order which status is still “unfulfilled” whenever I log in to check on it and it has been almost 2 months now. I can’t reach anyone over the phone and I received no reply to my email. And I can’t find a way to cancel the order. I had to contest the charge with my credit card company but it might take up to 10 weeks for it to be resolved and I’m not guaranteed to get reimbursed either. What a scam!

I wished I saw the reviews on google before passing a purchase. Stupid Facebook and Instagram with everyone liking everything without second thoughts. Basically my story is the same as the other reviews here. 300$ order, no reply to mail, facebook, phone, in person, instagram, you name it. Should be shutdown by Police, Shopify, OPC of Quebec, etc. Damn is it a shore to retrieve a payment made by credit card these days. Gotta fill actual paper form!

Wonderful service in-store, the gentleman who sold me my dream bag was very helpful and kind. He made me feel totally in control and no pressure at all, answering the few questions I had with humour and positivity. My bag is thick leather, well-treated and stitched immaculately. It's very sturdy and super stylish. I'm so proud of it! What a wonderful experience I had buying the bag I'd been stalking for months. Can't recommend Lowell enough.

Terrible customer service. I bought a bag that is shedding lint, leaving it everywhere on the clothes. When I went to the store to ask for a treatment of the bag they told me to send them an e-mail. Two e-mails to them and no response whatsoever. Also the bag doesn't close easily. Too bad because their bags look nice, however for that price 250$ I would expect a finished product and a decent customer service at least..

THIS STORE IS FRAUDELENT!!! READ THIS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!!! They charged credit card $300 but never delivered! They never answered any emails! The order was done through Shopify so I made an "Illegal Activity Claim" on Shopify

I also wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order last month. They charged my credit card, they sent me a confirmation email, but did not ship anything. No one is answering emails or the phone. I guess I'll have to dispute the charges with Mastercard.

Store appears to be permanently closed but yet their transactional website works and is happy to charge your credit cards for goods to be picked up in store. Store has been closed for months, no one responds to phone or email and yet they cash your money. I think that is what you call fraud.

Lowell’s is a fantastic store with super helpful staff. They had a lot of clothing made in Canada, and clothing that’s built to last more than a couple of months. And if buying plastic-free clothing is important to you, they have A LOT of options that only use natural fibres. While I was there I got to chat with one of the staff about the business, and was blown away with how knowledgeable they were about the industry they wore a lot of hats including design team, marketing team and purchasing team. They were so patient and so helpful, I ended up leaving with exactly what I was hoping to find as well as a smile plastered across my face.

SHAME ON LOWELL for engaging in unethical, unacceptable, and potentially unlawful business practices inclusive of deceptive advertising and misleading product photos. The Lowell wallet I ordered via Garmentory's website arrived not as described nor pictured per LOWELL's posted information. The hardware was different and the wallet was stamped with the name LOWELL on the reverse side. However, the merchant was unaware that I already own this same wallet which is identical to the one depicted on Garmentory and Lowell's websites. Unfortunately, the company knowingly sent me a 'similar' wallet hoping I wouldn't recognize the difference between the one advertised and the item I received. Apparently, this company lacks seller honesty and integrity which puts all consumers at risk for problematic transactions. I intend to submit a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission regarding LOWELL's egregious business practices the FTC is a US governmental agency that monitors deceptive merchant acts affecting commerce and American consumers. Additionally, I have initiated a request for a full refund via my banking institution. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!

Wish I had read the Google reviews before I made an online order. Took the money never sent product. No one returns calls or emails..... This is fraud!!
