This is my first and last time getting a haircut here. Adriana was the one who cut my hair. She did not comb/brush, part, spray water, or even use her fingers to level the lengths to cut it. She kept leaving to help new customers coming in. At one point she asked me to stand up from the chair to cut my hair. I would tell her the front sides looked choppy twice and she would then proceed to make it worse and ask 'how is that? do you want more?' I said never mind and chose not to say anything anymore as it didn't seem like she knew how to do it any better. She was done cutting after maybe less than 5 minutes working on my hair and spending more time helping the customers. It was $35 and the worst cut I got.
I came to your place for a total of three times. I only came to buy hair dye. Every single time I come in, the woman at the counter pressures me into buying products I don't need. I ended up buying hair dye that I wasn't confident would work with my hair type just because she wouldn't stop insisting. My hair ended up a mess after washing it only 2 times after dying it. I've never had an issue dying my own hair in the 15 years I've been doing it. You're a hair shop. Pressuring people into buying bad hair product is disgusting. I only came here because you're the only store close to me that sells Joico hair dye. But I won't be back. The service is intimidating.
A few weeks back I came in for a haircut, I requested a wolfcut, a haircut I've had previously. I came with references and a 360° video of exactly what I wanted. I asked the stylist repeatedly if she understood what I wanted as well as if she would be able to do it. She repeatedly said yes and brushed me off. What I left with was a bowl cut on top and a mullet on the bottom. There was absolutely no layering. The stylist was rough with my hair and scalp and had pulled my mask off several times, the elastic band snapping at my face, eventually I had to keep it off. I could tell it wasn't what I wanted and called over the lady at the counter who seemed to be annoyed with the stylist, she instructed her on what to do by demonstrating with sheers in the most aggressive manner, pulling and ripping at my hair very quickly. At this point my hair length went from the middle of my back to mostly above my ears and the hairstyle I came in for was no longer achievable. I was offered another stylist to try and fix it with the pretense of "I can't promise anything." I decided to leave, thankfully without having to pay and went elsewhere. Due to mistakes everywhere, I had to get a 1" pixie. Please take this as a warning and go elsewhere. It is not worth it.
Been going here for years! This is the first time I had a terrible experience I was told my haircut would cost 30-35$ depending on length and extra for a wash I was expecting to pay $40-45 roughly and ended up paying $60 without an explanation being given. I came in with multiple references photos from the last time I had come to get my haircut at the same place too and I just said I wanted it short with long layers, my left side is uneven from my right side and then she proceeded to cut my front pieces way shorter than the rest of my hair so it doesn’t blend at all, I have no choice but to put my hair in a half up half down because it looks horrible! It looks so choppy and the owner is right there and I don’t understand how she approves these haircuts and doesn’t intervene and say something I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I am extremely disappointed this haircut and to charge 5$ for a wash I expect my hair to come out shiny and silky but by the next day it was greasy because she didn’t wash the shampoo nor the conditioner out my hair properly, if you’re going to charge $5 at least to a good job! I would NOT recommend anyone to go here! I used to always tell people to go here but not anymore. I hope the owner wakes up and does a better job at managing, and explaining why pricing is the way it is, don’t say $30-35 for a haircut and then $5 for washing and then invent a price of $60 with no explanation besides “your hair was long” and and it costed me an extra $20 when it took the hairdresser two seconds to snip it off, I get if I was getting colour done because you’re using more product but I was getting the length cut off.Service: Hairstyling
Adriana did my balayage and corrected the damage I did to my hair myself at home, & it Came out perfectly! She really took her time 5hr30! to make sure it came out well, In addition she's just super nice and clearly great at what she does! bad haircut :/ the back looks okay I asked specifically for what I wanted and they cut it anyway I feel like this place would be better for older women or something but I don’t think they would want their hair to be uneven
Literally the worst haircut I ever got in my life. The layers are so badly cut that it's impossible to style nicely now without pinning half of my hair back. The hairdresser did not listen to what i asked. I wanted to keep my length and thickness but just add a few layers to help with making my curls less heavy. I am so traumatized and upset at what is left. I didn't realized how bad it was until i left. I came in with thick and gorgeous mermaid curls and left with less than half the hair of what i had. My hair was healthy and strong; there was no need for him to chop so much. I don't know what it is with hairdressers and thinning out hair; but thanks to this service i will never let a hairdresser take thinning scissors to my hair EVER again. Would never recommend and I honestly regret paying.
Hello, good day! i was looking for someone who really listen what I really want, even when I had my hair stylist for years and I liked his job, I never had what I wanted. I start following Alice on Instagram because of a friend of mine so when Alice posted a new photo I was amazed with her Job, wioth the results of all those transformations, aliceshairwonderland IG go follow her!. Month after I decided to take the chance to get an appoitment with her and God that I dont regret it! I went yesterday and by the time I went out from the saloon I felt so beautiful! she is not only Kind and sweet, she listen to you, she'll recommend what is good for your hair and she does an amazing Job!!
