The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful when I placed my order, which really added to the overall experience. What really stood out to me was the freshness of the ingredients. The meats were cooked to perfection and the vegetables were crisp and perfectly seasoned. I was especially impressed with how well everything held up during the drive home.

I highly recommend This Boustan Location and feel that it is honestly not only the cleanest most well kept well run Boustan establishment in Montreal, their Quality and consistency is 2nd to none. Tastiest Shawarma this side of Beirut!!! Staff is pleasant/courteous and extremely fast and efficient...Great Job Boustan St-Charles!!!!
The food is good but they have reduced the quantity. Less quantity of food for chicken plates as well as chicken sandwiches. For sure the chicken sandwich trio is not sufficient for one person.Recommended dishesChicken Shawarma Platter with Hummus
Add their delicious garlic potatoes along with the tender beef and chicken, cheese and gravy and you have one of the most flavourful poutine. It's soooo delicious and rich in flavour, every item in this poutine taste very good together. You have so many flavour in your mouth, it's mouthwatering!!!! With the tahini and spicy sauce, this poutine is perfect. Their pitas are also very delicious. I gave them 4 stars because sometime they don’t put enough meat or chicken!!
During my times working from home, I came by this place many times and each time I ordered that delicious beef shawarma plate. Needless to say, it was perfectly done every time. The combinasion of the beef with the baked potatoes dip into the garlic sauce is just srumptious. Wrap them into the wrap is another tasty way to enjoy your beef shawarma. Lookinh forward to order more.
I make detours to go to this particular Boustan. The chicken is very tasty. The lady at the cash is the sweetest! Very polite and good manners. The phone rang and asked for my permission before picking it up. Bravo : et Merci!
Terrible service, overpriced, and just not good food. Everytime I come to this location, they find a way to mess up the order. They never apologize or offer to make things better. I strongly don't recommend this place. Certainly not going to this place again!
Tried to order online it did not work. I tried few times. I called the store the girl said I could ordre by phone. She started by taking my phone number and the adress and than she said I'll be back in a second. She kept me on hold 20minutes and she hang up. I was calling from work! I called again. She said yes we're busy , no sorry, nothing. Again she said hold on 2 sec. I waited another 10mn and I hang up. I calld and asked for the manager. She suddunly had time to listen and said she can t pass him he is busy. I asked if busyis serving customers, I am one! She took my order with so many mistakes making me repeat so many times. I told her I am ordering for someone else and I want to pay with my card. She said ok and she hang up without taking the card number! I called her and explained again what I wanted. She took the card number, never my name or expiry date... and said I ll ask the manager, and hang up! Obviously no delivery was made! I called an hour later and she said we can t make a payment by phone! I aked why she didn t call me and of course she said she called twice and there was no answer!!! No one called me!
Love this place. Food is always good and staff is friendly. Good value for money and 1000 times better than Amir
