Tried their wraps and their meals. They're both good. Always plenty of food, always tasty. I'd say the wraps are full of oil, and may get you to have a nap. The meal isn't as heavy, and it's more tasty and packs more food. It fed me enough for two large meals.
Ordered 2 chicken shawarmas by doordash and this is what i got.. Both are burn out..really disappointed.. Just wandering How someone can send these shawarmas to their costumers??? Boustan is blind or what??? Received burned food again in my second order.. Highly disappointed.. Never gonna order from boustan again ..
I have been to several Boustan locations and have always received great service until I had the misfortune of visiting this particular location. I ordered the regular chicken plate to go and when I got home discovered nothing resembling the chicken plates from other locations. Instead of the normal chunks of chicken you would expect to find, I found a mix of chicken crumbs, old rice and hummus placed on top of the fresh rice. Obviously I will not be returning to this location.
The staff is really what has me coming back this location has a great set of people, they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard!!! It is also very buzy at this location and the employees are just so darn nice and great. The food quality is also so good ,good taste, very nice experience all the times. Must visit,

Lebanese restaurant with a typical menu. However, also has interesting item such as poutine made with Lebanese potatoes. I found the meat to be a bit dry and the rice to be flat and dry.Food: 3/5
Wonderful! The staff listens and understands your requests, the portion size is great. Amazing service.
Service: top, bite: top. Taste: top. Everything is good the only problem Is when you bite the pita bread fall a part Maybe the pita bread is old however I had to eat my sandwich a part and half fall to floor if next time pita fall a part again i won’t repeat 7.25$ sandwiches I think the bread must be fresh
I never write Google reviews however the customer service was terrible here. They over charged me for substituting the salad for rice. They were really rude and yelled at my friends when they sat down waiting for me for get my food. I do not recommend this boustans on Newman to anyone.
Exact Lebanese arabic taste that i was searching for. Completely tender and perfectly salted with hot sauce. Must try.
