Bourquin Dental Centre - Dr. Caroline Y. Cesar

As always the ladies here are great! They’re always friendly and super knowledgeable. This is the first dentists office where I truly feel like they care about ensuring you’re overall healthy! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

So here goes my review. Like MANY people, I'm a needlephobe. I hate the idea of them, the look, the smell(?). I get anxiety just thinking I might ever have to get one. I did some reviews, found out that the Bourquin Dental Center had a lot of success with people who suffer from needle phobia, and decided, enough was enough, I'm going to get my teeth looked at. I've been to other dentists in the lower mainland. One in particular, I won't name, I thought was great, but were over charging me like mad, for things I didn't really need. And my cleanings were taking 3+ trips, and I was told my teeth were in much worse shape than they were. I was even getting local anesthetic for my cleanings. So now that you've read my previous experiences, let me tell you about my experience with Bourquin. I called them, got my appointment scheduled, their receptionist is AMAZING. Very kind. I filled in my paperwork, e-mailed it back to them. When I arrived, they were very kind, incredibly understanding. They kept me calm the entire time. I got 3/4 of my mouth done in one go, at a fraction of the price of the previous places. I then came back a couple of days later to get the other 1/4 done. I now have a few cavities to deal with, but I'm not worried at all about them. I'm sure that when we start working on them, they'll keep me calm. More so, I'm confident in them, and that they're not going to do anything that's going to hurt me, and that their work is quality. As of right now, I've got nothing but praise for them. I would recommend them to ANYBODY with a phobia of needles. Thank you Bourquin Dental Center for helping me work through my fears and start seeking medical attention again. If this keeps up, soon I'll be able to go to the doctors, hospitals etc, without as much fear and anxiety. Baby steps. *Update* You know what's more important than my mouth? My kids. Any parent dreads the costs of their child's dental work. That being said, as to be expected, we had another awesome experience with the wonderful staff at Bourquin Dental Center. We brought our children in for their baby checkups, expecting that they'd count teeth, ride the chair, be out in about 40 minutes. Well the kids got all that and more. We managed polishings, cleanings, and even x-rays on our oldest. Managed to not only address some major concerns, but plan ahead for them, and get answers we didn't think we'd see for years to come. Every time we visit, we walk away with more reasons to rave about, and refer others here. Keep up the good work! The kids had an AMAZING time.

We have been with Dr. Cesar for over twenty two years and it has always been a great experience for myself and my wife. Dr. Cesar calls a spade a spade and has a great sense of humour. Besides the above she is very knowledgeable and continuously takes courses to keep up to date. John/Jean

I had an first time awesome experience! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable and had all my concerns and questions answered. Wonderful staff and service, I felt very satisfied!
