I am really greatful to the technician who came to look at my washer today. He not only figured out what the problem was, and did everything he could to try and fix it while he was here (but the problem wasn't something parts are carried for), he encouraged me to push to have the washer covered under warranty ($580 quote for the part and labour) by the manufacturer even though it was from Sears and one that might not have been covered otherwise. He went out of his way to help me in every way possible. I highly recommend this company for their service, not just for their work, but for their compassion.
