I recently went here for a back injury and saw Jason to get help with mobility exercises. He prescribed strengthening exercises and I had a terrible reaction to them. I called a few days later and ended up speaking to Jason and told him I’ve had bad reactions to strengthening exercises in the past, how they increased pain and explained how I wanted to focus on mobility. Now he calls back the day after saying I shouldn’t see him again because he wants to focus on strengthening and I want to focus on mobility so it would be unethical to take my money. I sarcastically thanked him for making me worse and leaving me high and dry with my back now in spasm. His answer for that was to prescribe an exercise that should help…… a mobility exercise. Who would have thought that mobility would help instead of strengthening? sarcasm. I received his initial assessment report and it is full of contradictory statements and incorrect statements about my history. His assessment was a complete waste of money
My daughter had a locked Jaw and Jason Coulthard was amazing! He took time to thoroughly explain what happened, and exercises to help going forward. Thank you for providing such great care.
