I walked into the office with a bit of anxiety like I normally do at the dentist. But my team of 2 amazing people totally put me at ease. They had reviewed my chart and I didn't need to remind them of anything. They were understanding and didn't make me feel silly about my concerns. Appreciate them so much!nAs good as a dentist visit can get!!
In the past l have always had excellent care at BT Dental. This last time it didn't go that well. Dr Janz is always a professional at what he does, painless needles and dental work! The Dental assistant did a very poor job of rinsing and vacuuming of the mouth during and after every procedure. There was no total rinse and vacuuming of the mouth after the fillings which left me with a horrible taste in my mouth. Five stars to Dr Janz and 2 stars to the dental assistant.
Very friendly caring staff and doctors! They offer laughing gas and even sedation for people who are scared to get dental work done. The reminders prior to my appointment and the follow up contact after my appointment shows their professionalism and caring.
Friendly and funny staff with a positive attitude. Good availability for dental procedures. The only reason I cannot give five stars is the dental hygienists to book cleanings is never available. May appointment got pushed back to December.
I had my wisdom teeth taken out here due to having some mouth pain for around 3 years. Afterwards went through over 3 months of pain with no pain medication, care instructions or follow up appointment. After returning for a cleaning turns out the wisdom teeth were not the cause of the pain and it's a completely separate issue that will now cost me even more money and pain. Along with this disappointing news from the dentist, the hygienist was extremely rough she scraped underneath my gums which is something I've never experienced here or anywhere else previously, I left with bleeding and sore gums and still am in pain the next day. I will not be returning.
