My wife went to a scheduled first meeting/appointment at the firm. She showed up on time and proceeded to wait for 35 minutes while the receptionist who did everything possible and is not at fault called the lawyer and the lawyers assistant. ''No idea where they are, cannot get a hold of either of them was the response''. Eventually after 25 minutes.. The receptionist let my wife know that apparently the lawyer's assistant has been ''upstairs'' the whole time. The excuse the assistant had at this point was.. ''I don't know where the lawyer is, he must have forgot.. But he should be back in 5 minutes.'' At this point my wife, who has been driven an hour to get to the office and over half an hour waiting inside now feels the total disregard this lawyer has for her and I told her to leave at this point. I understand if a meeting ran late and the appointment had to be pushed to some extent with proper communication of the fact, however this situation unfolding the way it did was a perfect example of the level of disorganization of the office and said lawyer. My wife was there for assistance in regards to an injury she recently sustained and this visit was no easy feat to begin with. I strongly urge anybody reading this to think twice about this firm if you value punctuality, organization, respect and professionalism in any way shape or form.

I would highly recommend using this law firm for any immigration matters. we had such a positive experience and really felt that we were in good hands throughout the process. Our lawyer Bruce Harwood was extremely knowledgeable in the law and our rights and spent time to answer all of our questions. The entire legal team was quick in their responses and were there to help - which was especially comforting considering our application needed to go in during the Christmas season.

Horrible service. Worked on a US citizen/ professional VISA work permit and they completely botched it. The final package included: wrong person's profile, wrong background, wrong resume, etc. Plus it was LATE so the application could not be fixed. They kept denying that they were wrong and put the blame on me. Now they have a "fixed" version of the document that they want to charge me for. You guessed it... they are adding fees on top of it that doubles the actual cost!!! They are prone to making material mistakes, the are constantly late, and they will bill you for the mistakes that THEY make. Do not use this law firm.

Would highly recomend this company for anything related to immigration Bruce and his team were very helpful on all aspects of our case and great at responding to any questions we had.

When a client has to correct a lawyer on a point of law then you know you are dealing with the wrong law firm.

If you are dealing with Elizabeth Reid, do not expect timely replies or responses. Also expect a lot of games. I find Elizabeth Reid offensive. I am shocked that she calls herself a Human Rights Lawyer.
