A great experience. The entire staff are first class professionals. I wouldn’t go to any other periodontist after Dr. Bouclin and I’ve seen a few over the years. Very welcoming. Listens to concerns and cares very much for his patients. His Assistant Natalie is also excellent at what she does.
The office staff delivers exceptional client service. I feel like I am cared for and not just a number. The hygienist, Natalie Etier-Adams, is very personable, professional and accomplishes her work to my complete satisfaction.
I have special dental requirements that Dr. Bouclin more than covered. Not a bit of pain. Very good written and verbal teaching pre and post procedure. I am a very anxious dental patient. No need to be. Next day phone follow up was perfect.
