Excellent service. Recommended a great steak to baptize the new bbq. For meat lovers put this on your map and save it These guys are really knowledgable! Cuts of meat or offal that is difficult to find is available here, either fresh or frozen.
Excellent service. They really know what they're talking about and are always willing to help you and suggest the best choices when you're not sure. I love making beef jerky and I come here whenever I need my beef.
Wonderful service, excellent quality, a great selection of homemade products. They will also let you know the best way to prepare the different cuts of meat.
Rude, unfriendly staff. Dried out meat, after stored over nigh for a next-day pick-up. Never again!
Their meat is of excellent quality at a reasonable price. They do a lot of various cuts too. Friendly service and super helpful for suggestions or instructions. i buy the vast majority of my meat here and have always been very happy. Family owned too; I feel lucky to be able to support a small local business that deliver great quality in a friendly manner.
Really high quality meats and other delicious products. I like getting bacon, deli meats, fresh chicken and steaks here. They also have good quality polish pierogis in the freezer and keep your eye out for specials on duck. The people who work here care about each individual customer.
10/10 across the board. I’ve been using this place since ~2015. So let’s say over 15 years. Seldom, the service average. Average as in acceptable. I think cleanliness, presentation and the setup of where they take orders with the remaining staff working behind the transparent glasses differentiates this place to many other butcher shops. Due to these reasons and the perceptive owners and it’s staff walking in and out of this place is a whole different experience compared to so many others. On a very side note, practically all staff have somewhat of a European French accent. The owner has his French accent but I could definitely tell it has changed over time. I presume it’s highly likely that most of their staff are locals but working in European French speaking environment explains the above mentioned. I could be totally wrong too:
I have now been a regular costumer for a while, my order is always ready when I arrive and it the quality is on point every time. I do not buy any meat from grocery stores. They always prepare everything fresh with a high quality standard. As long as I live in Verdun, I will never change my butcher!
Yesterday I placed an order for delivery and waited all day, but I didn't receive it. I called again the next morning and I got back on the phone with the female employee who took my order yesterday and the results were very disappointing. "I'm very busy and if you place your order, delivery will be between 10-5, so don't call anymore, if you're in a hurry, come and order and pick up," she said in an angry manner.I fully understand that the store is very busy, but still think it's very rude to treat customers like that.
Best place to buy meat.
