The food was good and the atmosphere is definitely up to brand standard. The only downside is that we didn't get any top ups on our drinks which we received prior to receiving our main dishes. Once again another fantastic experience with amazing food & hospitality. Our server Dakota did such a perfect job this evening & the kitchen staff put together delicious dishes.
We don't go out to eat often but when we do Boston Pizza is one of our go-to's, simply because they actually have decent vegan meat and cheese options, unlike most restaurants, and we always have a good experience at the Kelsey Drive location. Consistently excellent food and service. Every time I've dined at this location in the last year or so I've always had a wonderful experience. The servers are always welcoming, the food is always delicious, and I'm always impressed with how fast the kitchen staff is. Even on the busiest of evenings the food comes out almost immediately.
We ordered buffalo chicken mac and cheese from this location and added extra chicken. On the website it said Add on for extras so I think it was very clear that we wanted extra chicken. Anyways, we go pick up the mac and cheese, only to find out there wasn’t any chicken in it. We went back to let them know that there’s no chicken. The manager at first seemed very confident and said he packed it himself so there’s definitely chicken in it, and made us look like liars. We told him to open the box and then he realized he confused the order. In no way he was apologetic, instead he kept on saying that there was chicken in it. Anyways, he told us they would make us another one. To our surprise, we had to go back again because once AGAIN there wasn’t any chicken in it. We wouldn’t be so adamant on getting the chicken but we paid extra for it and the manager didn’t care about us at all. However, the staff were nice enough to apologize hence extra star for the girl. All this took 1.5 hours. For next time, we would appreciate if they were a bit considerate about other peoples time and energy!
We had a fairly positive experience, our food was good. No issues with the service. One thing I would point out and I always notice is that the female servers with longhair did not have their hair tied back, they were flicking it around and were constantly putting their hands through it, thankfully I did not have a server with long hair. Hopefully they are not allowed in the kitchen area. I have never worked in a restaurant that allowed that.
We went around 10 pm after attending a live show so we were limited in what was open Boston Pizza was and it wasn't crowded. The server Josh was awesome very friendly and accommodating. The food tasted good the portion size was ok for the price I had the chicken parm and I have had better but it was decent for $20. It was a little cold especially the rest room. Overall a good restaurant that's open late.

Went in at around 6:30 pm, was told the kitchen would close at 7:00 for a staff party. Appetizers were fine, main courses were freezing cold, and meat was grainy. had to ask to get it reheated, halfway through my pasta I got food poisoning and had to leave.
Pretty good service, a little slow but they were busy. The food and drinks were good, I really like their handmade lemonade!
The service was awesome, just the righr amount of attention. Everything came out in a timely manner and our food was very tasty. Great overall experience.Food: 5/5
