Boston Pizza

I don't usually eat at restaurants, but when I do, I go to BP and enjoy the Bourbon BBQ Chicken pizza. That's a nice treat.

We always have a good experience at this restaurant. The food is decent and my kids like their choices too. Accommodating service is appreciated, like when the upstairs birthday party was too hot, or the new light bulbs were too white and bright seriously need to rethink that change!. Not outrageous prices and enough selection to keep things interesting - definitely recommend the beef quesadilla! Thanks, BP, my daughter loves you

The staff at this location are awful. First I called to place an order over the phone with someone who couldn’t speak English and couldn’t understand anything I was saying. After about 15 mins of going back and forth with her, I finally asked her to put someone who speaks English on the phone, something she should have done the second she realized I’m English-speaking knowing that she’s not. Then I get there and I check my order because of all the miscommunication and they added cheese to my spaghetti when I didn’t ask for that. I told them one dish was wrong. She takes it back and tells me to pay, then comes back to tell me they will have to make it over. I said, yes I know that, you baked it with cheese so obviously you need to make a new one. Were you just going to scrap the cheese off and bring it back to me??nShe walks away waving me off all rudely so after that I just asked for a refund, just to be told I can’t have a refund until the following day. And I wasn’t told this right away, I had to wait for the manager then wait for the manager to call the owner, all while my hungry children are waiting in the car. I don’t understand why I was told I need to pay before receiving my full order anyway. Worst service! Rude, incompetent staff!nAnd this wasn’t the first incident I had at this location. When I used to order on Door Dash, they were constantly messing up my orders.nI would give zero stars if I could!

The service was good and the food was alright. We ordered the Jambalaya pasta and a Bourbon BBQ Pizza today and I felt the pasta needed more seasoning. The pasta was loaded with lots of cheese to a point where it was just baked cheese. I didn’t like the ranch dressing on the pizza either.nnI was glad the Olympics was going on, it kept me entertained throughout the time.nOverall, it was a nice experience.nnJambalaya pasta - 3 / 5nBourbon BBQ Pizza - 3.5 / 5
