Boston Pizza

We arrived at Boston Pizza shortly after 1. It was not quite half full. When asked if we wanted the restaurant or the bar side, we opted for the bar side. As usual, we were directed to seat ourselves. Usually the hostess follows with the menus. Not this time. A few minutes later, our waiter shows up with menus, walks off. A few minutes later, he comes back for our drinks order. It took about 5 minutes for him to bring a glass of water, a Pepsi and a coffee. Let's be clear that there was one other group in the bar side. Two women at the bar who were finishing their lunch. When he brought our drinks, he took our food menu. A Mediterranean chicken wrap and 2 burgers. Special order on both burgers. No onions on one, added bacon on the second. It took about half an hour for the food to come out. Chicken wrap was fine, but both burgers were wrong. No bacon and onions on both. That was the last time we saw our waiter until we were done eating. His comment when coming over? How are the first few bites? Really? No offer of refills for any drinks. The service at this particular BP is going downhill it seems. Too bad.

There is a gluten free menu but it's not dairy free so I can have salad here. There are no naked wings here! Only come here when the rest of the gang want to haunt this eatery. They need to make a more inclusive menu.

It's Boston pizza about what you would expect. Bar tender Mitch is a good guy. He let me stay to watch the game.

Firendly, and cute, serving staff earns this 4 stars; the food ain't bad, but wait times need to improve...

Tables were in need of cleaning witch is surprising. Asked server to clean table and she did however let us know that another employee had dropped the ball on the cleanliness of our table. Workers should never throw other workers under the bus to a customer. If this were any of my employees this behavior whould not be tolerated. The girl should have just apologized for the mess and cleaned itfood was good as usually is at this BP.
