Expecting a lil more than this small container of Lasagna, ordered Parmesan Cheese on the side, no cheese in our takeout Order. Small pizza was a bit pricey. I understand prices have gone up.
Name of the staff: Ella R as stated on the receiptnnDo not go to this restaurant. On May 16th at around 6 PM, my family and I ordered pizza, pasta, and wings to take back to our hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we realized that the pizza was missing a sauce that should have been included. I called the restaurant, but the staff member I spoke to, who seemed to already be aware of the issue, did not apologize. They offered for us to come back and get the sauce or receive a credit, but when I asked if they could deliver it, they said there would be an additional charge without offering a sincere apology. Although I was upset, I decided to pick up the sauce myself since I was hungry and it was only a 10-minute round trip. However, when I got there, the staff member handed me the sauce without any apology.nnI was very disappointed as I had fond memories of enjoying their food in the past. As someone who has worked in the service industry for many years, I find this kind of attitude unacceptable. It was especially unpleasant as I wondered if it was an instance of racial discrimination, given that the restaurant was full of white customers and I am Asian. Staff training is urgently needed. Because of this experience, I will not be visiting this location or any other branches again, and I will advise others not to go either.nI regret not thinking to take photos of the food because I was so upset.nI'm disappointed that I can't give it a zero-star rating:
Pasta Tuesdays...WOW! Great food large portions, enough for a take home container. Go early, good full menu, friendly staff. Family friendly.
Haven't been in several years because the previous visit was somewhat mediocre. Got gift cards at Christmas so figured might as well use them up on Valentines. Very nicely surprised! The service was great, the food was really good and the prices were decent.. One hell of an improvement since our last visit and we will be back!
We had a great night here the other day. Our server, I believe his name was John, was on top of our drinks before we were even finished them. He was attentive and professional. The atmosphere was classic BP. It was busy but relaxed. Our food was great. When the fries were forgotten on one of the kids meals, the issue was quickly rectified. We will be back for sure.
