I order from Boston Pizza regularly. This is the worst Boston Pizza food I've ever had. I get the triple play appetizer almost everytime I eat there, this time I got 6 pieces of chicken in the thia bites, and half a portion of cactus cuts. The kids meal also came with the smallest portion of fries I've ever seen. I counted 21 fries... I've never seen portions this small. Someone at this Boston Pizza is trying to cut costs by cutting portion size. What a rip off. Still hungry. And very disappointed.

ZERO STAR’s if I could – Extremely DisappointednnTonight we ate at BP’s in Edson and it was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We were a large party, total 11 girils in the restaurant at two tables. 7 & 4. 7 Parents in the lounge. We arrived at 7:30 PM and the girls in the restaurant didn’t get our food until 9:40 PM. The server said they were serving smaller tables first???!!! Couldn’ understand why when most arrived well after us and left well before us. We didn’t receive our bill until 10:00 PM!!!! Yes, they were crazy busy, but absolutely nothing excuses that level of disorganization and mismanagement. The manager was hiding in the back letting the servers deal with all the complaining customers…… and there were so many and all very vocal.nnOur food came out gross and cold, and to make matters worse, our bill was overcharged. Even after all that, the only compensation offered was a 20% discount—definitely not acceptable given the nearly three-hour ordeal. If they’re not adequately staffed, they should be honest, turn customers away, or at least let people know the expected wait times are out of control.nnOverall, it was an utterly horrible experience, and the manager should be fired for how badly he handled the situation, he should honestly be ashamed. We won’t be returning.
Boston Pizza is a great place to eat when you’re craving comfort food. Their menu has a lot of options—from pasta to burgers and, of course, their signature pizzas. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the serving sizes are generous. It’s a solid spot for casual dining with friends or family.
The service is great; my family and I go quite regularly, the food is always good and reasonably priced. Hayden is our favorite server whenever we come in. super polite !
