I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to this time. The service and overall experience were great, but I was really disappointed with the to-go fettuccine. I paid an extra $6 for shrimp and only received five of the tiniest pieces imaginable—practically all pasta and barely any seafood. Really unfortunate- like a $5 food and paid $30.
Me and my good friend Brad Decided to spend Thanksgiving day hanging out. We tried to look for restaurants but most of them were closed. So he told me , because he is from that area and I'm new here, there was a Boston Pizza close by, I looked on Google Maps 1st, yes they were open. Good choice I tell you. We had a great time and food is awesome. Hopefully you reply on this.ok
Drinks were decent, pizza was not up to previous expectations. Pasta was rubbery,mechanically formed meat chunks were as good as that kind of meat can be! Overall completely ridiculous pricing for Dennys quality food. Staff was super friendly!
We went there on a Saturday night for supper, which was likely our biggest mistake. The place was packed, and there were not very many servers. It took us 10 mins to get our first drinks, another 20 mins for the waitress to take our order, and then another 15 mins after our first drinks were done and we had to flag her down to order more drinks while we waited for our food. Finally our meals came. They all turned out well and fine. I feel sorry for the servers. They were run off of their feet. Do not go here for a nice relaxing meal on a Saturday night. It was as hectic as can be!
My dad and I rode our motorcycles from Sylvan Lake, Alberta all the way to Castlegar. We had intended to go to a different pub, but it had since closed so we hit up the BP's. We sat in the lounge which was raised apart from the rest of the restaurant, which was the first BP's I've seen do that. Anyway, the best part of the visit was our waiter/bartender, Marcus. He was a treat to converse with and I must say, is an incredible asset to the Castlegar Boston Pizza team. You killed it Marcus. Sincerely, two Albertan motorcyclists
