The Boston Royal Pizza was my fav. but the last few times it has been getting worse, just burnt crust on my last one Dec 23/ 25 , it was a take out order , I reached out thru the BP survey but got no reply so far > than one week ago , I wish this Castlegar store could keep consistent kitchen staff , the servers there are great, long time employees , I have had great pizza in the past but now it is so changed . I hope this gets thru and they can take the time to make good pizza again .
My son and I went for dinner on Saturday night, the restaurant was packed full but we were able to get a table within 15 minutes. We thought because it was so busy we would have to wait a long time for our food but the appetizers and main came out very quickly and it was so good. Also our server Libby was incredible, super attentive and so kind! We will be back!
This is usually our go to for pizza. This is no longer the case. Two things.nnThis is now the second time we have ordered double meat and paid for it. However when we got home there was NO double meat. This is two months apart that this happened.nnSecond.. ordered a bbq chicken with veggies and not sure what I bit into but whatever it may be, is simply nasty!! Not an onion and not chicken. Gross!!!nnPizza bread was decent but overprice. Both pizza bread and dip for $14!!!nnManagement is polite to deal with to try to solve issues. Kitchen staff need to work on making orders right and not tossing nasty garbage on pizzas.nnI'm Grossed out!!
Drinks were decent, pizza was not up to previous expectations. Pasta was rubbery,mechanically formed meat chunks were as good as that kind of meat can be! Overall completely ridiculous pricing for Dennys quality food. Staff was super friendly!
Me and my good friend Brad Decided to spend Thanksgiving day hanging out. We tried to look for restaurants but most of them were closed. So he told me , because he is from that area and I'm new here, there was a Boston Pizza close by, I looked on Google Maps 1st, yes they were open. Good choice I tell you. We had a great time and food is awesome. Hopefully you reply on this.ok
