Boston Pizza - Stavanger Drive

We have only been to this location a handful of times, since moving from Alberta. But so far, our experience here is far better than in Calgary. Calgary left us with a bad taste for BP but we decided to give it another chance. And I have to say, I am quite impressed with this location. Very friendly staff with a lot of patience for my 3 energetic children. Not only are the hostess's and servers pleasant to deal with, the one manager we have seen and who has taken his time to chat a bit with us is friendly and is easy going. Everyone always has a smile on their face, which is great to see. And the food always comes out delicious. My reason for 4 out of 5 stars, is that their service could be a bit faster, in regards to meal checks, drink refills, and clearing tables.

Go to Kelsey drive for fast service, better attitude and better food. I've had nothing but bad experiences at this location. My husband and I went there one evening for a meal, and were the only customers in the dining room. We waited 45 minutes for a waitress to come ask us how things were so we could get our bill and leave. She was in the back talking and playing around with the other staff. Finally we put down our money on the table and started to walk out. Sure enough she came running out to make sure we had paid!! Unbelievable. Another time my mother and I ordered a salad and it came out with black, moldy lettuce. The staff hadn't checked over the produce before making the salad. I've also waited over an hour for take out food here. Once I took a friend there for his birthday. When they found out it was his birthday they decided to bring out a dessert for him without asking. I thought how nice until i got to the cash- they had charged it to the bill! At least ask! I will always go to Kelsey Dr from now on

Staff was friendly but I was disappointed to find a hair in my pizza, also my fries where undercooked. Not too pleased

Never fails to impress, great food, great vibe, great service, though the combination of all three does not justify the steep price point.

Good friendly service, attentive and a good pace for food, quick enough to be attentive but not so quick it felt rushed. One order at the table did come out missing part of the order but was quickly rectified. Most impressive thing was the proactive nature of the waitress in terms of allergies, more often than not i need to mention and wait as they check to make sure it's not cooked in same oil or similar but she went ahead asked with no prompts on allergies and when learned I was alerigic to shellfish made note of a dish that people often don't realise could contain shellfish ( was a special containing it in the sauce)
