Rip off portions, wheee’s the meat? Overpriced place for the quality of food. This is a new option. Been awhile since I been here I forgot why never again!

There were 9 in our party. Four of the 9 didn’t receive their food and server didn’t notice until one asked how much longer it would be. She said oh shouldn’t be much longer. But by that time the other five were already done their meals. Many other patrons that had arrived after we did also had their meals. We were told that manager would come see us and that kitchen had made the mistake. We were told numerous times the manager would come out but that never happened. They did give us the four meals for free but one of them was a toddler and had already left to go home. It was not about the meals for free but having the manager come out to talk to us would have gone much further. We were there to celebrate three birthdays and two of those were the ones that had to wait for their meals. Two others didn’t even eat their meals because everyone else was done. One of the missed meals finally arrived and was wrong so had to wait longer and when it did arrive e it was cold and still missing something.

Great experience with the outstanding staff and management. Came here with my family. We got set up in a booth where someone just finished stringing up little plastic ornaments. We ordered a meat lovers pizza and a plate of nachos. Food was great. During the meal, one of the small plastic ornaments falls on our table. No damage and nothing went wrong. We had 2 servers and a manager apologizes to us. They then offer us each a free dessert. Overall a great meal.

Terrible, terrible service!!! Didn’t receive main course at all !! Waitress didn’t care at all and just shrugged it off. Really makes you angry when the rest of our table of four received their meals. Used to love going to this location and not leaving hungry

It was good overall.nThere was some issues regarding gift card purchase online but it’s not about the restaurant. I feel so bad cause I gave them less tips by accident
