Rip off portions, wheee’s the meat? Overpriced place for the quality of food. This is a new option. Been awhile since I been here I forgot why never again!

March 18,2025nI often go to Boston Pizza Restaurant with my family. The butter chicken pasta I had this time was tasteless, the sauce had no flavor, I would not recommend it to anyone.nMy request is that if you cannot prepare a dish according to the recipe, then do not put it on the menu. Another thing is that when I was paying, I gave a new $150 gift card and the machine declined it three times, embarrassing us.nThe behavior of the waiters made it seem like we were eating for free. and I asked the manager for help, but he could not solve the problem either. I would like to ask the owner of the restaurant, immediately train your staff who cannot solve such a small problem of a customer.

I came in for my birthday supper. We knew beforehand that it was going to be busy . While our server was tied up with other guests, Kaitlyn, the new waitress, went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. After things slowed down, our server stepped up and continued the great service.

Held normal barside manners and a server became nilistic and rude. Attempted to address it and was berated.nnEdit: I prefer discussing the matter here on a public platform. I see you disabled replies and are attempting to keep the conversation discreet for your benefit. As an owner of a sports bar, I'd be more concerned about customer retention, then coveting toxic work environments. Especially when Canadian Brewhouse will soon open its doors in Prince Albert.

There were 9 in our party. Four of the 9 didn’t receive their food and server didn’t notice until one asked how much longer it would be. She said oh shouldn’t be much longer. But by that time the other five were already done their meals. Many other patrons that had arrived after we did also had their meals. We were told that manager would come see us and that kitchen had made the mistake. We were told numerous times the manager would come out but that never happened. They did give us the four meals for free but one of them was a toddler and had already left to go home. It was not about the meals for free but having the manager come out to talk to us would have gone much further. We were there to celebrate three birthdays and two of those were the ones that had to wait for their meals. Two others didn’t even eat their meals because everyone else was done. One of the missed meals finally arrived and was wrong so had to wait longer and when it did arrive e it was cold and still missing something.
