Boston Pizza

My wife and I were late eating and hungry. We ordered the full size lasagna. Waittress was polite and fast. But she served us lukewarm and room temperature lasagna. What a disappointment, like leftovers. We complained but we were hungry. Waittress heated up a portion but still not hot. She should have had the manager visit us but no remedy was offered. You won't miss our business because you're very popular but you're losing control of your quality. We won't be back.

My mom and I came here today for an early lunch, the food was great but the cleanliness was pretty bad. We picked out three tables, all of which were dirty. Then both of my silverware were dirty and my moms cup was also dirty. We complained about the tables and the silverware but felt ridiculous to keep complaining, it wasn’t the waitress’s fault and she kept apologizing, but unfortunately she was the one who kept hearing our complaints so we just left it alone. We were quite disappointed though.

Ok where do I start...Dilworth location. We ordered fettuccine with alfredo sauce and mushrooms. The sauce obviously came straight out of a jar or at least tasted like it was. It definitely wasn't freshly made alfredo sauce and tasted like campbells mushroom soup poured over the noodles. The pizza we ordered was OK. It makes you wonder, for a place with pizza in it's name you'd think they would have great pizza. I don't know anybody that orders delivery from you guys and there's a reason for that. The crust was average at best. Service was good and saved the 2 star rating. The reason I wrote this review is because the last time we had your food the fettuccine had almost no sauce. It's too hit and miss (mostly miss) for me to waste my hard earned dollars there. I like the atmosphere and having the games on....if only the food was equally as good.

After traveling an incredibly long way we found our way to stop for dinner at BP. It happened to be customer appreciation day where they were offering $5 individual size pizzas. Although online in several places it said that gluten friendly was included in this deal our server promptly said it wasn't. After speaking with the manager she let us have them but we left feeling incredibly let down by our experience. The place was clean, and the pizza tasted great but the small communication errors between company/manager/staff turned Customer Appreciation Day into the exact opposite .

Tried to order pizza and they did everything they could to not offer service. Saying they don't deliver to my house, that I have to order from the other location that already refused to deliver and told me to call this location. Didn't even try to make the customer happy, just excuse after excuse. Worst customer service ever from the Manager at Dilworth location, we will not be back nor will we order from Boston Pizza again. We will take our business elsewhere. Two thumbs down.
