Amazing experience! Shyanne, our waitress, and Emma, the manager, made this dinner incredibly enjoyable from start to finish. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, and the entire staff made us feel welcome and valued. It’s rare to find a restaurant where both the service and food exceed expectations, but this place absolutely did. We will definitely be back!
Don’t go if you’re in a hurry at lunchtime.nnI went with two 5-year-olds for a quick lunch. 20 minutes till we got noticed and given menus. Then another half hour for our food. Waitress never offered any refills nor come check on us during our meal. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get a box for our leftovers. One child had a dried out piece of meat with cheese for a hamburger. I had a bite of it and I told him he didn’t have to eat it because it was awful!!nnI can’t even say the service was slow because they were busy; there were only four or five tables. I am not going to be returning customer. That’s for sure.
Seated and ordered quickly...pizza and nachos were ideal, server was right on time, relaxed atmosphere...fair price and portion size was good...we'll be back
We always have a great experience here. Today our server was Shyanne who treated us well as usual. The food is always great and she is always attentive and pleasant. We highly recommend coming to BP Strathmore.
We loved it here! Everyone is so kind and super welcoming. Our server Isaac was awesome! He was so friendly and sweet! He’s very knowledgeable on the menu and gives great recommendations as well! We loved the friendly and fun atmosphere as well! Definitely will be back!!
