Boston Pizza

Ben was the server of my rather large group. We had a whopping 10 people and Ben didn’t break a sweat. He went above and beyond, checking in often to make sure everything was to our liking. Having experience myself in the service industry I can really appreciate the hard work he has put in. I have attached the before and after photos respectively:

Ordered bandera bread and cactus cuts, usually so good!nTonight was terrible.nOrdered for delivery, and it came within 40 minutes, which is great. Though when the food arrived it was cold, and the bandera bread is extremely dry & tastes disgusting. Called the restaurant to speak to a supervisor/manager to let them know for future deliveries and I got told they have a bag and that it’s not their fault because the bag keeps it piping hot! Along with the food being dry, that is also not their fault, it just happens. Poor communication and there is no reason to rush a customer off the phone.nNot impressed, will not go here again!!!

I was served by Ben who is approximately the best server on the planet. Very kind, accommodated our large group, was attentive, and made us feel at home. Will certainly be telling all my friends to come here in the future.nnGo Ben!

Normally it is pretty okay. I don't know why they don't spruce up their beer collection with some of the breweries from within Sask though.nThe cessers seem to be consistently bad.

Very disappointed, we had to wait OVER an hour for our food. During this time we were not checked on even once. After this hour some of our food was missed. Then ended up having to wait a very long time to be checked again on in order to ask for the bill. We were hoping for a quick meal since we had kids with us, but instead we were there for almost 2 hours, constantly waiting.
