Went to Boston Pizza in High Level and had a really good experience. The food came out hot and tasted great, especially the pizza. The place was clean and had a nice relaxed vibe. Paula, the host, was amazing. Super friendly and welcoming right when we walked in. She made us feel comfortable right away and started the visit off on a great note. I'll definitely be coming back!

When our church was preparing for an anniversary and we needed sponsorship, Alden stepped in most willingly and generously, without hesitation. His kindness and willingness to support the community speaks volumes about the kind of person he is — truly someone with a heart of gold.nnI also want to recognize Krish, the supervisor, for his professionalism and care, and Lanie, one of their servers, for her warmth, friendliness, and excellent service. Great experience at this place. The food was fresh and came out pretty quick, and everything tasted really good. The staff were friendly and the place was clean with a nice relaxed atmosphere. Overall a great spot to grab a meal. I'll definitely be back.
Went in and got a seat relatively fast, maybe five minutes. That was fine. Our server gets there quick and takes the drinks, which we have to repeat three times for him to hear. We then get our drinks and wait. And wait. About ten minutes before he comes back to get the order. We ask for simple things, pizza and three to-the-menu meals. Five out of six meals gets to the table in about 15-20 minutes. Not our original server, mind you. One meal is missing. We then have to wait about 20 minutes before we get up and go to the counter ourselves to ask for FORKS AND NAPKINS, and also for the missing pizza. This pizza was an 8-inch personal pizza with pepperoni, olives, and mushrooms. When the gentleman took the order, i had to repeat three times what i wanted. He did not write it down. He said okay and left. We then had to wait another 30 minutes before we got the final meal. The pizza had pepperoni and olives. No mushrooms. We also requested drink refills at this time. We got three out of six refills, the other three did not show up by the time we left. We then also had to wait another additional 20 minutes before getting our bill as the server showed up at the table three times in the whole hour and a half we spent there. Jeremy M was our server. Poorest service i’ve ever received at any restaurant in my life, not even a joke. If i could give service a 0 out of five i would. Also, were offered a 25% discount of the bill, of the bill was stated, was later said it was only off the missing meal but in turn for a 15% of the bill. Joke of a dinner with family. Jeremy’s hiring might need reevaluation.
Horrible lounge staff on tonight! Went to play Vlts and have supper, but ended up leaving. In the 1/2 hour we were there we had no service. When we were done playing, we went to cash out and waited. There were 2 ladies there, bartender and waitress maybe? They didn't even acknowledge us while they were talking. I understand being busy which it wasn't, but how about saying I'll be with you in a moment. That goes much farther then just ignoring your customers. Then the bartender said nothing, took our ticket gave our money and that was it. We will go eat where there's actually customer service. Disgraceful!!
