Boston Pizza

Only dined here because it's what the group decided on. Firstly, it's an empty restaurant but it took 10 minutes to be seated. I'm sure the excuse would be staffing. Secondly, there are many empty tables but took us to one that needed cleaning. Leaving filty napkins under the table. Now for the food: ordered a vegetarian pizza and added Buffalo chicken and Cajun fried wings. The wings were crisp, moist, and Cajun rub had flavor but a little salty. The pizza was doughy and tasteless, the chicken lacked any Buffalo flavor and had an odd texture similar to medium tofu . The bell pepper, red onions, and tomatoes were thrown on at the end versus before entering the oven. Typically, the veg should not be raw and crunchy. Sorry, but I am unable to recommend it.

Saturday, around 4.30pm. Beating the rush, we got a nice booth. Servers were very friendly, even the manager came by and asked how the food was. Forgot to ask for a steak knife because with the normal knifes you can't cut pizza. We were surprised that our bill didn't amount to more than 67.-- including tip. 2 people sharing the Pizza Flights three 6” pizzas, served with honey dill dip, Sriracha ranch dip, and creamy garlic dip - the Pesto Chicken Pizza was real nice and The Triple Play A shareable portion of three guest favourites: Bandera Bread with Santa Fe Ranch dip, our Signature Chicken Thai Bites, and Cactus Cut Potatoes served with cactus dip. Had Pepsi unfortunately they don't have Coca Cola and a Ginger Ale.

Bad service. Waited just over 45 minutes for our pasta to arrive. The waiter was unapologetic and didn't provide any option but to wait more when I asked where our food was this was 30 minutes after ordering. They just didn't care.nnWe were a table of two next to a big group and a couple of other smaller tables. We were also one of the first to show up and order. All other tables had their food delivered before us.nnI am really disappointed with the service, the manager, and the experience.

Great food and atmosphere. Unfortunately the bar hygiene is horrendous. I sat at the bar so had a bird’s-eye view. The big guy no name tag behind the bar was sweating quite badly, touching his face & eye glasses and then pouring drinks while touching drinking glasses that would be in contact with a customer’s mouth. Handling limes/lemons with the same unhygienic hands. No hand hygiene whatsoever. Theena helped him from time to time and would touch his arm and back when passing by. Really leaves a lot to be desired. The food was tasty, just hoping the kitchen is better when it comes to hygiene… The servers were all very friendly

Ordered the steak - medium. Got an overdone. The fork was digging through my skin just trying to hold the steak in place while i try to cut it. Pretty sad but other than that, everything else was great. The dressing, salad and mashed potato was of my preference. Also the steak searing looked so good as well. Just sad that it had to be overdone and it is the top or second costly thing in the menu. Robot cat was also pretty cool. Not really too bad but also the dressing was beside my steak which spilled a little onto my steak.
