Went here for my husband and I's rehearsal dinner with a group of ~25 and couldn't be more impressed! Olivia and Mia were incredible at accommodating our large group. We were able to seamlessly order ahead of time and receive quick and excellent service when we arrived. Highly recommend!
Well 0 stars or less would be an appropriate rating. I ordered a 1/2 rack of ribs meal. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The rack was so small I thought it was a joke. You can see in the picture the bone in my hand. It was barely 2 1/2 inches long. Next to no meat. I actually wonder if they were left over from yesterday? Horrible & cold. My garlic mashed potatoes were also cold. It’s disgusting that Boston Pizza is clearly ok with serving their customers with such a horrible & low quality products!! I think the McRib at McDonald’s is bigger & they probably actually serve it hot. Save your money & go somewhere else!! For $23 we just got ripped off. Now I have to go make something to eat since the dinner I received was unacceptable. I’m a little shocked still that a restaurant would allow such garbage to be served.
The food tasted nice and the service was also great. Our waiterIsaiah was very professional and friendly. He checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our food. This was our first time at Boston Pizza, and overall, I'll rate our experience a 10/10, and we'll definitely be stopping by again.
Came in last night, and have to say that Olivia I made sure to remember her name is the kind of server you want at every restaurant. Not only was she incredibly friendly, but you could tell she was working hard to make sure everyone had a great experience. She greeted us with a big smile, checked in on us regularly. Her hard work and friendliness really made our meal enjoyable. Food was good too, eating out is always expensive but we were happy with it! Great food great service.
The food was delicious! Was a busy Friday night but still got my food very quickly. Everything tasted great! Our server Scott was very friendly and made sure to have routine stops to check on us. Annabell gave us good drinks as well very promptly. 10/10 would recommend
