Their pierogi pizza is my favourite. We did have a wait because we went on a Saturday night but our waitress was super kind and delivered excellent service and apologized for the wait! Definitely will be stopping at this location again!
The service was excellent and the food passable, but the Shrimp Alfredo Spaghetti while essentially good, the sauce was sparse for myself and excessive for my dining partner, though it was more like soup than a sauce. On the positive, they did not skimp on the shrimp.nnThe hot chocolate was required on this frosty day, but it was watery and too sweet, it didn't quite hit the spot, but we appreciated the effort.nnAlso, the dining room music was a little louder than was comfortable when trying to chat, I had asked if they could turn it down a bit.
This place has been great! My boyfriend and I went for date night and had Adriana as our server! She was super helpful when we were sure what to chose and made sure that all of needs were met! She was so kind and so friendly when serving us! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone for a date night or even a family night! Had such a great time! Thank you Adriana!!
We have a young hyperactive kids and meal time is often difficult when we go out, but Boston Pizza Waterloo always makes us feel so welcome.nnWe especially love our waiter Chris. We have had him on multiple occasions. He is a gem with the kids, often bringing us extra wet wipes, accommodating little things that make our meal easier. His general, easy going attitude, understanding and awareness of families with children is wonderful. Managers reading… if you haven’t given him a raise yet we recommend you to. He deserves it!nnFood of course is always great! Kids love the “worms and dirt”. Adults love the Perogie Pizza and oven baked wings. Music isn’t blaring like a lot of bars which we enjoy. Great family friendly spot!
The food at this BP location was fantastic, with plenty of excellent choices on the menu. The service was also commendable. However, I was quite put off by the presence of numerous fruit flies around the restaurant. The worst part was finding two VERY large fruit flies in my sangria, which was disgusting. Although the bartender remade the drink, it would have been courteous to offer a discount due to the issue. Hopefully this was a one-time issue. We'll visit again and hopefully the fruit fly issue might be addressed.
