Had the memphis chicken sandwich, clubhouse and the chicken bowl. All were very good. Service was excellent. Seating was comfortable. Location is a little confusing to get to -on the highway but you drive through Tim Hortons to get to itFood: 5/5
Went out for supper. The waitress did not remember to bring kid's milk, and then brought out the wrong meal. They charged us for the kid's milk when it should be included in the kid's meal. We accidentally left something on the table, and then when we went back less than one hour later, they said it was gone. They would not even let us go look at the table or look through the garbage quickly to see if it was there. So unprofessional and rude about it when they didn't have to be. It wasn't an overly expensive item, but it had sentimental value, and it was clearly not garbage.
It's a Boston Pizza, they're pretty much the same everywhere. The servers were nice. The food was about what you'd expect from Boston Pizza. They did serve me my burger without my fries but they said they didn't want the burger to be cold once the fries were ready. That was about my only complaint. Pretty solid Boston Pizza experience here. Kid-friendliness: Had a kids menu and good portion sizes for kids
Food was good kind of what you expect out of a boston pizza. Everything was nice and hot and all the servers were super friendly would recommend for a night out for sure.Food: 4/5
We went there last night. Seated at a dirty table. Given wine glasses both with lip stick on them. Server did know the menu, did nt point out there featured menu. Chicken wings were nt cooked. Not a good experience.Food: 1/5
This is a Commendation and Praise to the kitchen staff at BP Athabasca! They seem to be always left out of reviews for some reason? Our food was hot, well prepared and delivered to us without error. The server was very polite and energetic. It was quite busy when we visited, and i know from experience that an efficient, organized kitchen team is the backbone of great food. They messed up three times brig. Us the wrong food or forgetting stuff that we ordered. They made it out to be our fault. It was like they didn’t care about our business at all. Very very disappointed on how this Bosten pizza is run. One of the worst places to eat in town.Food: 1/5
Just another Boston Pizza service was decent. The food was good. But it took forever for the food to come out. Our appetizer came out reasonable time but our main dishes took forever. Sure maybe our table is party of 6 but still it take over 40 mins wait for our main meal. By the time it came out we were full from our appetizer and unfortunate we did not enjoy our main meal.
I had a wonderful experience ordering food delivery at Boston Pizza Athabasca! I wasn't able to ask the name of the guy who took my order thru phone and I think he is the same guy who delivered the food. He is just so friendly and helpful! I am so happy! I'd give 5 stars for you! Thank you again, will definitely order again!
Ordered food to go, got 2 orders of hot wings and they were good but no celery and carrot sticks with the orders like one usually gets, the 2 kids cheese burgers we ordered had no condiments on them other than the cheese and all 3 orders of fries were dry like they were over cooked, no ketchup packets nor salt or pepper were provided like you automatically get anywhere else and for the price we paid, daaaam they could have put some ketchup in the bag. One shining noe was The Ceasar salad and Thai chicken bites my wife had were both very good Parking: It's big enough that we pulled in and through in a crew cab 4x4 pulling a 28 foot camper, bumper pull.
