You know what you're going to get with BP and you still do. It's a reliable eatery. Standard fare. Good service. I am a once yearly visitor though. Still, it's pretty much the same every time I visit, for the last decade or so. You get the 'franchise' standard treatment. Which is generally good. Grub is decent, price is the usual these days. Eye watering I find but that's the cost of living and no different to any other eatery/restaurant I've visited in the last 18 months. They earned the 5 stars by honest elbow grease with a smile.
Amazing service from our server Callie!! We haven’t been to this Stony location over 1 year. Super happy to see an amazing server, Callie to serve us today! We hope to see Callie on our next meal out!! She deserves 1000% positive feedback!!Food: 5/5
This is the worst BP I’ve been to. The serving sizes are stingy compared to others in Edmonton thinking fries, ice cream, drinks, etc. The service is also usually subpar. I drive to Spruce Grove if I’m needing to do BP. They have lots to work on before I’ll be back.Food: 1/5
The food and service at this location were good. The staff were easily able to deliver all of the orders to our group of 10. It all tasted great. We requested a number of accommodations and substitutions and our server did a great job. Dietary restrictions: The kitchen was able to make gluten free substitutions for many of their signature dishes.
I ordered delivery , just some simple appetizers, waited over an hour but didn’t think too much of it , it’s a Friday , they can get busy I understand. So my complaint isn’t about the “time” but the quality , my food arrived cold , hard , and with missing items. We ended up tossing it after a couple bites of each because it just wasn’t edible. I wouldn’t order again. Maybe try dine in , but definitely won’t be “grabbing it to go”
Had a great afternoon catching up with old friends on the patio. Our server was attentive but still knew we were more interested in enjoying our visit. One in the group was celiac so had special food requirements which were easy to find in the menu. The others found appys perfect for sharing with Tia Bites and Beef Antojitos. Thanks for a memorable afternoon
My second favourite BPs in the TriMunicipal area! Staff are friendly, food is delicious, and it’s full of good memories for me over the last decade or two.Food: 5/5

I always love eating at Boston Pizza and this one is good as well. I did get a tiny burn from the french onion soup bowl though. She did not tell me it was hot. Even though yes I know it is. I just know they are supposed to say something. Also had a Great White North pizza. Excellent as always. We did order a small Hawaiian Pizza to go and we disappointed to find out there was very little cheese on it. I suggest they either add more cheese when they make it. There prices have gone up quite a bit too, but I blame the government for that. Edit: Came here again today June 13/19 and had a great time! Not only was the food excellent but the waitress noticed a hair on my moms pizza and insisted on having the cooks make a new one! Very happy with the service. AND I had a Chipotle Chicken Club and normally the bread is always hard and this time it was nice and soft!
The Royal Hawaiian pizza is delicious. Too tasty to stop and take a photo before the attack. Service was great too.Food: 3/5
