Service was excellent and meal arrived quick and hot. Soooooo delicious. No disappointment on any of our orders. Will definitely return and recommend.
I used to really like Boston Pizza and enjoyed going there, but the last few visits have been consistently bad. On this occasion there was a very large reservation, which I am sure contributed to our lackluster experience. It was obvious they couldn't handle 50 people at one time. The restaurant was loud and filled with crying children, we maybe should have requested to be seated in the bar, but they didn't seem to have any staff over there. Normally I would have a few glasses of wine, but nobody ever checked on us so I just had one. We weren't given any cutlery or napkins and flagged down 3 staff before we got one to finally bring us some paper napkins and one very dirty fork that she said was the last one they had available. I could forgive all of these things, given the busyness of the restaurant at the time, but the food was beyond bland. We both ordered The Big Dipper steak sandwiches, which I had never tried before but heard good things. It was cold roast beef, not steak, very dry, tasteless, and tough. We ended up packing it for home and even after I reheated with spicy mustard and added salt it didn't help much. Maybe just a case of poor timing for our visit, but this was the third consecutive bad experience. Three strikes and I won't be back for a very long time, if ever. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options available.
Went in for supper. Was not to busy,seated right away. Server was over and got our drink order really fast. Took our appetizer order. Everything came out in good order and very hot. Food was delicious all around. Our server was excellent, heat our drinks topped up. Very personable.Food: 5/5
I haven't eaten here in about 5 years. I just wasn't a fan of the food. I came here with my gf because that's what you do I guess. The menu seems to have changed. I tried the Thai wrap. It was okay with an interesting crunch. I just wish it had a bit more Thai flavour. I'll probably come back and try a different dish.Food: 3/5
Beef on the big Dipper was way too tough but it was otherwise very tasty, as was the French onion soup, cauliflower bites and the Memphis chicken burger. Our server was phenomenal! He was rushing around covering half the entire restaurant solo and still managed to get us plenty of refills, checking in every time he came by, just an absolute professional the entire time.
Decent vibes and service was friendly for sure. I notice like most places I've been to before their portions have gotten smaller, yet cost either stayed the same or an increase. Most places this is the case, sad but true. The food was okay ish and ordered a sandwich with chicken in it but the bun was a bit soggy on the bottom ain't nobody likes a soggy bun. Sooooo maybe next time ask for the sauce on the side and do it myself? I had those kettle potato chips also, they tasted good but that's when I saw the amount was less than before. Again, it's been happening allll over the place with this situation, not hating just an observation I wanted to share. Cheers
I usually always order the beef taco because it is ways delicious. The service is always good and the place is always very clean UPDATE Oops very sorry ... I meant to click 4 star ! The food is always great!
Always very good. Food is consistent with a chain you can get the same meal in Miramichi or Moncton. Staff is always very friendly ,the seating is always very comfy. Just a heads up If you have a hard time with sensory overload this might not be your place, tv's and music are distracting. Cactus Cut potatoes are Deadly!
Love eating out here on the deck in the summer. The staff is usually pretty friendly. Take out is great, no soggy buns!Food: 5/5
Very attentive wait staff.. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Only negative is that the food has taken a slight step back. I understand food prices are crazy but I would rather pay a little extra than to be served less than excellent quality food. As an example one dish contained shrimp.. In the past they were a decent size.. Now using the tiny cocktail shrimp you can buy precooked. The taste is no comparison to a decent raw and freshly cooked shrimp. I would prefer even one large perfect shrimp sitting like a trophy on my dish.
