The behavior of owner of a restaurant can either make it or break it for me. This man and his staff are a delight. I don't remember a time when I wasn't greeted with a big smile. Attentive and friendly. And ofcourse, great foodFood: 5/5
I only go to this location, best staff, best chicken wings and always consistent and it’s only 10 minutes down the road from my house. Super clean location compared to other BPs Parking: Lots of easy parking, can look busy in the parking lot as they share it with pet value but always have lots of space and restaurant is never busy.
Horrible service; waitresses don't even know the items on the menu, if you don't like onions they apparently "can't" remove them in a lot of dishes, it takes forever to receive your food or to get the bill, the manager is just as incompetent, as his employees. Overall literally just eat anywhere else. Dietary restrictions: If you are allergic to anything they don't even ask and the waitresses have zero clue what's actually in the food, so just go eat anywhere else or don't and sue them for not even asking if you are allergic to anything
Great meal Great service and always a great time with family and friends. We had the robot serve our dinner . WHAT A TREAT was the highlight of our dinner and all the guests that also had the robot visit them put a smile on their faces. Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten free and it's very nice to have several options available Staff knowledgeable on what products contain gluten and which do not very nice knowing that.
I tried the tortillas they put very less cheese less toppings. Even I told to place the salt and pepper on the top but then also it was not there.
Small portions, high prices. I’ve always gotten grilled shrimp on tacos but when I got take out it was dried popcorn shrimp and told its always been that way. Somehow I always end up feeling sick after ordering takeout from here too. Can’t make an order over the phone has to be through the website which won’t let you order under $25.00.
We had a great time...good food and nice quiet atmosphere. We friendly service with timely delivery of our food. Thanks BP'S! Kid-friendliness: Just that there was three families there... Parking: Plenty of parking...! Wheelchair accessibility: Just that it was straight in no stairs, plenty of tables suitable for wheelchairs.
We were ignored for 30 minutes on my son's 4th birthday. Nobody even came by to take a drink order. Writing this review from Lacombe BP location as he had his heart set on his menu choices. Most likely will avoid Blackfalds location in the future after this experience.
Service was quick, staff was friendly and attentive, food was great. Dietary restrictions: Seeing some new gluten free options on the menu was great for me, as I've struggled with finding options at BP's in the past.
Excellent and friendly service, perfect delicious food.
