Went on an oilers game night, was pretty loud, but not in an obnoxious way! Patrons had fun, our server was excellent! Lounge filled up in period 2, picture was taken earlier in the game. Inside was very clean. Food was very good!
I ordered French onion soup. I payed $9 and got this tiny little cup of basically soggy bread and cheese. There was absolutely no broth In this soup. Even if the bread on top soaked up some of the broth while it was sitting you would think there would be a little bit left on the bottom. What I received was not at all worth $9 and I was very disappointed with my meal.
There were about 3-4 waiters working today. It was 2:30pm on a Saturday, not too busy in the restaurant. After we received our drinks, it took a grand 20 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to order for food. We ordered and ended up waiting 45 minutes to receive our food. It shouldn't take this long to be serviced. I've been to plenty of Boston Pizzas and never waited this long even during peak hours.
Wasn't to impressed with the service took just about 2 hours to get everything that we ordered. And as the usual Boston Pizza items were over priced. 11.00 for a kids cheeseburger? 4.00 for a fountain pop that's absolutely ridiculous. We were also never asked for refills or how the meal was. Wouldn't recommend this particular location for dinning in unless you have half a day to kill.
Had their new ribeye meatloaf with mashed potatoes. The flavor was fantastic but it came out cold. Kenndal took care of it and got us all set up. She was a fantastic server. Because of her, i will definitely go back againFood: 5/5
Had the beef dip sandwich. Beef tasteless and gray in color. The onion de jour was tasteless as well. Something from a pkg of Lipton soup watered down. Bread was dry and tasteless. Coleslaw was bland and not enough dressing on it. Did not eat any of it. Had nachos as well. They were okay except way too many olives. Delivery arrived 1/2 hour early. Not good for people with medications to be taken at certain times.
My friend and our daughters toddlers went for lunch this afternoon and all of the staff was incredible, super welcoming and a positive feel. Our food was delicious my favourite place to eat in Devon!
Came for a few quick Moscow Mules We sat on their patio on one of the last warm summer days and enjoyed our share of Mules. Ended up have a few more than planned because was so delightful….
Boston Pizza in general as a franchise has always been good! As from this bps to another bps there all the same! So no need to rate only this restaurant alone. This restaurant met the same standards as any another bps has!
Went Saturday night and left after 10 mins. Server was at next booth and was too busy talking to friends and didnt even acknowledge us. Bus girl passed three times!went to Marci’s and got served promptly. These guys want our custom right?
