Ordered delivery.... Came fast but soggy pasta and order a Cajun chicken breast to go with it was hardly a 1/4 breast total disappointment. And only a fraction of the size you get when you dine inFood: 1/5
The service was good but the food was not. The meatballs were dried out and tasted bad. I didn't eat them. The pasta was ok. The calamari was good. My girlfriend didn't like her pasta either. I'd recommend sticking with their pizza.
The food was great, some of the staff was not. One waitress we had had a complete fit over us not being able to afford to leave a big tip. She turned to my brother in law and said that we better not come back into her section again because we didn't tip well. How shallow and low can she go? She was not pleasant, never checked on us to see how we were doing or what we needed, it was definitely NOT the best experience I had
We where a large group and it was a positive experience. Service was excellent...the restaurant was quite busy and thought perhaps things would b slow but the waitress was very attentive...Maddie was her name but she did have 2 other girls helping and food was good, hot and accurate. I will b returning and keep up the good work!
My wife and I went out to Boston Pizza recently for dinner. We had a server named Aaron who really made it an excellent experience. He was the best server we have had in a long time The food and drinks were good as well.
Solid meal and experience at Boston pizza here in Kincardine. I mean, it's consistent and when you're at a franchise restaurant that really is all you can ask for. Our server was great, and the food arrived pretty quickly. I'll totally be back next time I'm in town. Thanks friends!
Boston Pizza Kincardine was clean and "well staffed" during our visit last month. We stopped in to check out new vegan/vegetarian items had been added to the menu. Our server was friendly and helpful, and could have been more attentive. Throughout the visit we waited for long periods of time for her and on three occassions had to trouble other wait staff to locate her for us. It turned out that the gluten free accommodations we required on some of the new menu items could not be met by the kitchen. *We had asked if rice could be substituted for quinoa as it is not a suitable option for me. We were told that vegan friendly cheese was available on pizza, so we ordered a vegan friendly pizza. On the day of our visit however, there was NONE in the kitchen and someone had to be sent to a grocery store to purchase some. While it was nice that some was purchased, it was disappointing that nothing was communicated to us. Had the server returned during our 40min!!! wait to communicate that something was going on, we could have possibly tried a different menu item, or made a choice about waiting for so long. But as it was handled, we weren't afforded the courtesy of an explanation until the meals arrived. Not communicating was a disappointment, and did not leave us with a good impression of Boston Pizza. Overall the food was just ok. Not exceptional or especially tasty, just ok. The service was also ok, but there were opportunities where it could have been top-notch. This is probably a corporate level issue, but: The inflexibility of the kitchen to accommodate and/or modify, restricts diners and interferes with the value of the meal. The restaurant is somewhat navigable for patrons with stollers, but some areas would present a tight squeeze and/or great difficulty, for persons with mobility aids. It is a large restaurant, has a large wrap-around patio and ample parking. The evening that we were in, there was no real sports game on, so the volume in the place was comfortable. It was just ok.
Decided to come here for lunch on Sunday, right around noon. We were seated immediately and our server came very shortly after with menus and to take our drink orders. It got quite busy after we arrived, but it didn't slow down our waitress at all! She checked on us multiple times, clearing plates and refilling our drinks. The food was delicious and the patio was beautiful! Highly recommend this Boston Pizza!
Good food at ok prices. Our server was great and diligent on a night that saw this location swamped with Pee-wee hockey players and their parents in town for a tourney.Food: 4/5
Kincardine Boston Pizza, went on Thursday and was not that busy. They have added 4 sharing dishes in the menu; we ordered meatballs; which were very good and enough for two as appetizer. There were many new items added in the menu. Traditional Boston Pizza price; for two with one beer each along tip around $80. Another great thing I noticed, calories have been added in the menu against each dish which is great news for people who religiously watch calories. I got Baked salmon and give 8.5 out of 10; both quality and quantity was good. My friend had California grilled chicken salad; he gave 8 out 10; his comments were I can make similar salad at home that’s why gave 8. Service is great and fast. Bottom line: typical Boston Pizza with lot of choices in Canadian style food; Pizza, Salads, Burger, Pasta, Sandwich, wings etc... Safe travels!
