Ate here June 29th at about 4:00 p.m. The waitress was very nice, but we never got refills on coffee or drinks and we never even got asked if we wanted refills or anything else to drink or eat. When hubby asked for coffee, the waitress said she had to make more then we saw the supervisor/manager, whichever she was, walk by us with coffee and totally ignore us. The food was horrible the chicken was burnt, the buns tasted like they were at least a week old and they were burnt. I have toasted week old buns that were nowhere near as rock hard as the ones we were served. And we got very very little chicken on our chicken club and next to nothing for sauce. The drinks that we had, which was unicorn lemonade, tasted like colored water, it was awful. On hindsight we should have sent everything back and left. We have had this exact same meal, the chicken club and the unicorn lemonade, at the downtown Edmonton BP and it was amazing. We will never go back to this BP, in fact it has turned us off BP completely. BP, your link doesn't work and when I copy paste it, it says to use the link
Their chicken parmesan was like crispy chicken from kfc with a spoon of pasta sauce on top. Only difference is kfc is tastier than their chicken parmesan. I should have ordered pizza.
Today i took my kids there for lunch, our servers name was Patricia, she gave us the best service we have ever had at that Boston Pizza. She was very kind towards the kids and I, she made it a delight to sit in and have lunch. Thank you for the wonderful service Patricia:
The team at BP’s Fort Sask was amazing! We had a team lunch with 30 people right when their doors opened. The food came out promptly, they did it with a smile, their service was amazing. Food was amazing kids, parents and coaches were all amazed!!! We would definitely come back!
Had an early dinner at BP on Saturday. Went early to avoid the crowd. Got a table right away. Food was good and hot. Service was excellent. Prices are still way too high. But then most restaurants have high prices today. Good place to eat, we enjoyed the visit.Food: 5/5
The staff member who served me on this day and time was an absolute delight! She really was bright, cheerful, attentive; asked me if I needed anything, asked me if I had a nice time. It was a pleasure.Food: 4/5
Great food lovely setting for the most part front staff is very nice but need to pat a but more attention to there tables. Not always enough service otherwise good
Talked to Andrea Manager who blames skip the dishes when WE picked up the order ourselves ! No garlic toast for any of the 142.00 dollars. Will do nothing for us. Probably would have ordered again but NOT EVER AGAIN. Skip the dishes wasn’t even involved in being there and she blames skip the dishes.
Lots of families and groups. Waitress was very pleasant. Food was ok at best. Good spot for a quick bite.Food: 3/5
Chain or not you gotta give props where they are due!! This is the 4th Boston Pizza I've visited and so far I've yet to disappointed in the food!! P.S. - if you haven't tried there pasta yet you are truly depriving your taste buds of a delectable treat!! I will admit I was kinda skeptical about it at first but the great deal they have on Tuesday for nearly 40% or more off is a steal! Needless to say I am now a believer in BP pasta just as I am there pizzas!!
