We ordered an appetizer and 2 main. We waited over 50mins for the appetizer. The wait time was so long. The server apologized and did say they are having a busy night but perhaps let the customers know of the wait times before you seat them. The food was good but it was a lot more than we were expecting.
Service and food was good however the menu needs a bit of improvement. Restaurant empty while others next to it are at full capacity Restaurant but well cleaned. Bathrooms, picture frames, benches and tables need a good cleansing on a regular basis, and it is apparent that there is a failure on that side. Lots of staff trying to look busy but not really doing much.
There was amazing music and the food is absolutely delicious. The waiters were so very kind and it was just a very happy vibe all throughout the evening. It is a great place to eat with family and friends and is a good spot for little kids if you have any. I recommend the herbavore pizza. It is near a shopping mall so you could shop and eat dinner there afterwards. I love this place. 5 stars.
Fast service and great food!! Great place to bring the kids. I ordered the shrimp pasta, very good and filling. We also ordered the Calamari which was so tasty.
A bit sad that the embiance has changed from the last time I went. There was only one tv open and it was a hockey game on a Saturday. Pretty sad cuz we came to see the game and the tv was not on our side.Food: 3/5
First time eating Boston Pizza, wasn't impressed and won't get again. Menu options were pricey, ordered a poutine and it was horrible, tasted like frozen stale french fries that were cold, the cheese wasn't even regular cheese curds not squeaky, tasted like cubes mozzarella pieces they didn't even melt with the hot gravy. My friend got the chicken parmesan and the chicken was stone cold and tasted not even fully cooked, had to send back to reheat. Waited a long time for the food to even arrive almost an hour and the place wasn't even busy maybe 3-4 tables.
I asked for a burger that wasn't on the menu anymore but they made it for me anyway. Very happy with my spicy perogy burger with cactus fries!
Extreamly unorganized with tables, food orders. We sat there for 45 minutes for the apetizer. They ended up offering it for free after we complained. The appetizer was too salty for me. On the bright side, the main course was good and tasty. The portion was fairly large. And the staff were friendly although messy.
We had a reservation for a party of 10 over one week ahead of time for 5:30 pm at 5:20 pm they called to tell us they overbooked and that we would be moved to the bar area knowing very well there was a baby with us. Those tables are too high for the baby chairs. Add the 1 hour wait for the appetizers. Would not recommend this specific boston pizza.
Horrible service on my delivery order. I ordered online and ended up waiting 2+ hours b4 i cancelled my order. Called three times during the wait only to be told it would be there soon. BUYER BEWARE
