Update: October 15, 2022 I reserved for 25 people for my daughter in laws baby shower. Even though I live 6 hours away, I had a good communication with the restaurant a few months ago to reserve. I called back a few days ago to confirm my number of attendees. I went on Friday to suss out what I wanted to order for food for 25 people. I chose four kinds of nachos and three orders of naked chicken bites with assorted dips and jugs of fountain pop. The area was all set up when we arrived a half hour prior to the party start time. Everything went without a hitch. This team at Boston Pizza is amazing! They never cease to impress. Service was super friendly and accommodating. We got the last table on the patio. The tables were very well spaced. The food was as good and served hot. I would recommend this restaurant.
Fantastic! Good was incredible! Service was fast, friendly and prompt. Our server, Sylvie was so nice. She even has recommended things for us to try. We were seated right away, and served right away. Food was hot, fresh and fast. Atmosphere was nice. A little noisy, but it was busy there too. Clean! Tables were cleaned off no garbage. Will definitely be back! Parking: Definitely they have a large parking area
Ordered a bug kids bugs and cheese much bigger than this portion and did not receive the correct size for the order. We tried to a get another one delivered for the little one and they refused to do so. Terrible customer service and overcharged for a size smaller than what we paid for the big kids bugs and cheese. Absolutely terrible for kids.
We go there for almost every significant event not only because it's the best food in town but the service is amazing. They're constantly checking in and making sure everything is to our approval and even engage with the children making them feel just as important. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get and you never seem to walk away wanting more or hungry. Kid-friendliness: The menu is extremely easy for the kids to decide and very well priced if you take advantage of the entire meal.
Absolutely ridiculous. Will not ever come back again. I was double charged for small plate starter size of nachos with gluten free potatoes instead of tortillas chips. Was charged full price for full order of cactus cut fries and full price for nachos with no Protien added. Bill was $50. Server argued with me at time bill came. When I questioned why they felt it should be full price for both menu items when I only received half the products. I was never offered the full amount of items for both order. No cactus dip. No meat and a whole order of tortilla chips which I paid for. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling from out of town. As a first time person to this area. Please be aware this location does not respect accommodations for people with dietary restrictions and they certainly don’t feel that it’s necessary by any means to make the customer aware they will be charged for two full orders of food when asked about making some changes to their order. Dietary restrictions: Does not accommodate for people who require substitutions for gluten intolerance and prefers to double charge.
Everyone at my table there food arrives mine comes close to 10 min later my daughter was almost done here meal when mine arrived. Mine was pasts so really should be the first out I know how the pasta is cooked partially and finished to order. My beer had 0 carbonation maybe you need to up your pressure on your draft system to keep beer carbonated. Our server she was good this isn't her fault just a poorly run kitchen/bar also drinks at the bar were not made to Boston pizza specs galaxy fish bowl was made with brisk lemonade not the proper stuff.
Jessica and Alex were friendly, attentive and fun yet professional! Wings are always spot on : Only 4 stars because it was sooo freezing when I came in at 11. Was here last week around 2pm and it was also cold so perhaps the heat needs better regulation. I’ll keep coming back. Very much enjoy the food and service here.
My husband and I were celebrating a special occasion and were excited to get home and eat our delicious food only to find out half of my meal was missing. The manager acted quickly and went beyond my expectations In that not only did she comp my meal she also comped my husband’s meal! I was very happy, thank you very much!
Very pleasant experience at a favorite restaurant today : Food never disappoints and what really keeps me coming back is the staff. Kelsey always remembers my name and my usual order - it’s just great to come in and be treated and welcomed so warmly! And definitely hat’s off to such a hard worker on December 24th!
