Came here for lunch, our server was great and very friendly. Unfortunately by the time we got our food the pizza was cold and no one had checked up on us so we proceeded to eat our lunch. The pizza still tasted great though and the Thai bites we enjoyed very much! By the time she came back and asked us how the food was we explained that it was cold. She was very nice and expressed she was sorry about that and she would take the pizza off the bill. We would still come back and eat here!
Picked up lunch for myself and coworkers today: When calling - the staff had next to no knowledge of the products they were offering to the point of suggesting I google the menu. Was told twenty-five minutes until order completion and showed up that many minutes later. I was presented my lukewarm pizza and wings. Large pizza toppings are VERY scared of the edge of the pizza; the small and the large size have about the same amount of toppings. The wings were meh and those along with my appetite saved a star for this reflection. I would have taken the L and moved on like I do ninety-five percent of the time had it not been for the sour cream on the perogy or more specifically it’s absence. This is the straw that broke the camels back and the primary reason this review was born to our world.
Great food. Somersby cider available was so nice to see. We had to find staff to get ourselves seated, so that was odd. I had time to use washroom while waiting for the hostess. Probably just a one off but it's why the 3 stars for serviceFood: 5/5
Unfortunately yesterday our server had the propensity to throw food and drink on the table. Passing meal by another nearly hitting them with it, slamming drinks on the table and leaving literally. He came and asked how things were after we got our meals and ran off before one could ask for another drink. We waited over 30 min once we were done for him to come by our table so we could as for togo containers. He needs proper training on good and attentive service. The restaurant wasn't that busy. We didn't leave a tip... Sorry kitchen as the food was very good. I wanted to tell the hostess but couldn't find her... To owner... If I could reach you personally by phone I could give you the details you wish. Thanks
Our last visit was very disappointing. We always sit in the bar area so we know what to expect. Unfortunately we asked that the extremely loud tv be turned down a touch so we didn't have to yell across the table at each other. We were made to feel very uncomfortable by a customer seated at the bar as well as a bartender who decided the friend of hers at the bar had more pull than customers in that section, they turned the tv up even louder. They wanted us to change table and eat in the restaurant section. There was zero reason for a fellow customer to pipe up and the staff side with her. Very unprofessional and left a bad taste in our mouths. We won't return. We already had our drinks and food ordered otherwise we would have left this very uncomfortable situation.
Been enjoying Boston pizza for decades. Got my favorite delivered last night. It was missing some of the toppings I ordered and was completely tasteless. It didn't even have much sauce. Won't be ordering from things location again.
Waited over an hour for food to the table. Kids received theirs before us. My meal came 10mins after. They gave me a plate of fries prior to my meal with packages of ketchup. They were cold.and soggy. When trying to pay They did not have a portable debit machine and the line up to pay as well as the skip the dishes people was ridiculous. Kids meals were not offered dessert just the bill handed.
It is a nice place for hanging out. Pizza, pasta, wings, and a bar make it a good option for the neighborhood, as many restaurants close early in the afternoon, Boston Pizza is open until 12 am on weekends. The staff is friendly but my only complain is that the place is kind of dark, compared to others..Food: 5/5

I ordered from here for the first time, I haven't ordered from a Boston Pizza since I used to live up in Duncan and the food was delicious, especially the pizza I ordered my favorite Pepperoni, and had the all-meat bites coated in honey garlic sauce I'm definitely ordering from here again in the future
